audio keeps jumping on sonos five

Hi just out of the blue my sonos five keeps jumping , it was perfectly working before . It’s Wi-Fi connection my set up has states it’s excellent . I have tried adjusting the audio delay options but still doesn’t work .

Unplug the Five from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone.

Maybe see if the suggestions in this Sonos support document link below (and the links off it) will assist you. It’s certainly worth trying a different WiFi channel…

Thanks all the network settings are spot on the connection etc the wi Chanel it’s in is 5hz Aswell . Just gonna reboot everything and go from there .

I did all the above and thank you everyone , guitar superstar it worked for about a day . But what I’m finding is because I have 2 band widths it keep switching on the 5 to 5ghz where all the others are set to 2.4gz 

 

my bt hub doesn’t allow me to separate each bandwidth with different names . So I think this is the cause of the issue which I have no idea to solve
