I receive the following error while trying to reconnect to my iHeart account.

I am unable to test this myself as iHeart is not available in the EU or UK. Please ensure your Sonos system and app are up to date and if that has not helped, I recommend you get in touch with our (local) technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
