Adding Tidal to Sonos

I used to use Tidal and it worked fine. I switched to another streaming service for a while but left Tidal in the Sonos list of services. Yesterday I resubscribed to Tidal and it worked fine. Today it will not stream to Sonos. I have removed Tidal from the list and tried to re-add it but get an error message "something went wrong". Having read some other answers  I have checked my Tidal login details and changed the password but cannot add Tidal to the list of services. Any suggestions please? All other streaming is working. This applies to both phone and tablet (both Android).

I left it alone for an hour and then tried again. And it appears to have solved the problem.
