My Gen 3 Sub was working perfectly until about 15 minutes or so ago.Reflects as ‘connected’ in app. Reset modem and then power cycled the sub but still no luck; it just does not have any sound output/drivers do not move when playing heavy bass when I was testing it. Oddly the app was able to detect and connect to it again but there’s still no sound coming out of it.Tried TruePlay and it failed because it was “unable to hear one of my speakers”.System set up is Arc/One x2/Sub.Any help would be most appreciated; my diagnostics number is ***.

 I have a Sonos Sub Gen 3 and due to a voltage problem the fuse blew. When I disassembled it, the flex cable with part number 170-01366 that goes from the power source to the main board broke. Does anyone know where I can get this part? It is impossible to repair it.

Volume control only does not work indirectly on Verizon voice remote paired with Sony A95K and Sonos ARC connected via HDMI/eARC.  It will change the volume however when pointed directly at the ARC.  Other functions on the remote work indirectly such as changing the channel.

When I turn my Move 1 on it makes a noise like it just connected but I get nothing. Not even a light blue or white comes on anymore? It is plugged in to the electric I have owned it 4 months with no problems until now. Can it be reset to original factory? Or reboot  

I have to play music in a church for a funeral and do not want to rely on bluetooth connectivity so am hoping i can plug my phone into an ERA 100

Hi,With my Sonos Era 100, I have a problem with no sound on certain sound levels when using different max sound limits. I am using the Sonos app on Android for this. But I see the same behavior on the Windows Sonos app.No problem with 100% max sound level:  - Sound level 0 gives no sound (OK)- Sound levels 1-100 gives sound (OK)Problems with 50% max sound level:- Sound level 0 gives no sound (OK)- Sound level 1 gives no sound (Not OK)- Sound levels 2-100 gives sound (OK)Problems with 10% max sound level:- Sound level 0 gives no sound (OK)- Sound level 1-9 gives no sound (Not OK)- Sound levels 10-100 gives sound (OK)There seems to be a pattern depending on the max volume limit I set. Like it cuts off x amount of lower sound levels related to max volume level I set.I expect to also hear sound on sound level 1 with 50% max volume.Anything I can do about this? Or is this a hardware/software problem?Regards, Tim

I’m looking for a Play:5 Gen 1 and have noticed that there are three variants in the UK secondhand market:Backplate with Chinese characters (Play:5 in small letters) - about 60% of units on sale Backplate with Wireless System Zone Player - about 25% of units on sale Backplate with Play:5 in large letters, no Chinese characters - about 15% of units on saleAnyone know what the differences (if any) are? Clearly the Zone Player speakers were the first production run but I can’t understand why most of the speakers in the UK are Chinese character versions..?And does the same thing occur in other countries?ThanksNick

Good morning,Since this morning, like every day I do my sport, I wanted to listen to my favorite radio for my session. But here I plug in my Sonos Five, I wait for it to be fixed. I activate Wifi on my Redmi Note 10 Pro, and I select the Sonos S2 application and it loads but once I arrive at the menu where there are all the radio and disc icons it returns to the screen starting my smartphone. I tried restarting the phone but to no avail.If you know what it could be I'm all ears.Thank you in advance and have a good weekendActarus

Recently I've notice that about 25% of the songs in my queue do not display artist and title (my preference) but simply the file name, like track1.mp3. It includes songs purchased from Bandcamp and songs from my own cds - I do not notice a pattern. 

I changed internet providers and now Alexa won't connect to Pandora or Audacy

Hello I’m thinking of adding a turntable to my Sonos set up , I curently have the Sonos arc , 2 play ones and the sub , does the turntables that I see on the Sonos web connect to my set up and play ? 

Sadly 2 Sonos advisers have failed to help me link my hard disc which holds my Music Library and my Sonos 1. I need to know how to write the pathway link in my Library Settlings.

I am in the middle of a home build and am considering the architectural speakers, amp, and arc for a 65 “ TV. My question is, is there any difference in quality of architectural speakers vs Era 100? The room is approx. 18 x 20 ft. 

I can’t get my play 5 to reconnect to my system. I hooked it to Ethernet to try to reconnect after wireless setup failures. All other parts of my system work fine.

Hi, my living room is an open space. I’m looking for rear speakers to complement my Arc but can’t run power cable on the floor/under the floor so it seems the only option is to mount rear speakers higher on the beam of the 1st floor at 10 ft (3 m).question:is it worth it having speakers that high or I should just be stay be satisfied with the Arc? Should I go with Era 100s or 300sthanks in advance. 

I have grouped some speakers but can’t figure out how to select them to play music. I am sure it’s obvious to most but not to me

I’ve been trying to connect my Sonos One and Sonos Connect:Amp to the same system, but whenever I try to add the second product to the room that the first one is connected to, the room the first one is connected to does not show up in the list. I am using the S1 app, since my Connect:Amp is only compatible with this app. Thanks for the help!

Hi, it looks the option in my sonos app the "connect second Sub" is missing. It was there before. How is it possible to connect my second Sub if the option is not there in the app.

I have a new wifi with new SSID and couldn't get the network update to work, so I decided to reset all my Sonos to factory default.  Got them working as a new system.  However if I try to add Pandora or Amazon music services, both ask for my login, then say I can close my browser window and seem to have succeeded.  However when I go back to my Sonos app in Android s2 it says connection error and a connection to Pandora could not be made.  I looked through Sonos and Pandora and don't see a way to unregister from my previous Sonos setup

I am wanting to put a tv in the upstairs sitting area where we have sonos speakers. BUT I want a 3rd party sub, I have the gen3 and really am disappointed with it. I have an AMP running two Klipsch aw650s that are outside, for now, they are coming inside for the winter. I would like to mount the Klipsch in the upstairs sitting area and connect them to the amp, tv AND a svs sub that is also in the works. With hdmi arc, can I run that from the tv to the amp, then use the sub out for the sub, and use the Klipsch speakers? Will there be a delay or will it all work in time with the TV? I have two ones and two fives in this room (24’x12’). I am thinking of also taking the fives and putting them somewhere else and replace them with the Klipsch for the winter. Doing this, would I be able to go tv to AMP to the Klipsch and svs sub, and the ones for tv?Sorry if this is confusing, but I don't want a sonos soundbar because I know I can't use the svs sub with that, and would like to sell my gen3 to

As of last week, when I listen to pocketcasts on Sonos, that activity does not appear to be communicated to the pocketcasts sync cloud. Pocketcasts will not show that an episode has been played and will not retain listening position.The syncing used to work fine, and I haven't changed my devices or configuration since then. I've ensured I'm logged in to both Sonos and pocketcasts, and I've tried reauthorizing the pocketcasts service. No luck. Pocketcasts still seems to have no knowledge of what I play through Sonos.Suggestions?

Just got an era 300 heard great things about it but the quality of sound isn’t what I expected. When you turn a nasty radio up to loud it gets those staticky sounds well I’m getting these sounds on my era 300 on certain songs through the sonos app without it being turned all the way up even halfway. It’s even worse if I’m not in the app just playing Bluetooth with Apple Music. I’m wondering if it’s just how it sounds or if there is a fix to this staticky sound. I play these songs in my truck radio, headphones, etc and don’t get these sounds and this speaker is making them. 

I recently upgraded my smart home to the HomeKit Architecture upgrade released in iOS 16.4 (after it was initially removed in iOS 16.2), and now my devices can not airplay to any Sonos device
