Hi - I got a new iPhone and, though I’ve been subscribed to Sonos Radio (and have been paying for it), the App does not “recognize” this. Meaning, when I play using Sonos Radio, I still have adverts and can’t skip songs. I’ve tried multiple times re-authorizing Sonos radio, have deleted and reinstalled the app, canceled my subscription and re-subscribed, but nothing. My system is up to date.

Have you placed a call to Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.


Not yet - was trying to fix it myself first, but have been failing!


It’s not something common, that I’m aware of, so it’s probably worth the phone call.
