bonjour,j’ai une installation sonos importante ( 2 era 300 / 2 play 5 / 1 beam / 3 sonos one / 1 roam / 1 move / 2 subwoofer ) : une partie est autour de la piscine ( 2 era 300 / 2 play 5 / 1 subwoofer), le reste se situe dans les pièces de vie.la partie sonos autour de la piscine me donne un message d’erreur “ IMPOSSIBLE DE LIRE DEEZER “le reste fonctionne. aucun cable ethernet.merci de m’aider

Stingray services won’t play. It opens but has lost all my history, favourites, etc. It shows only Recommendations and My Music, and when I open one, it says “unable to browse music.”I have deleted and re-added Stingray numerous times. I’ve reauthorized the Stingray. I’ve updated the Sonos desktop and other device apps. Both apps are on the same wifi network in my house. Nothing has changed except I’ve lost access to all the Stingray channels. Why????

Whenever I use the new search I get hit with this error message that says “Your request can’t be processed at this time. If the problem persists, please check our Service Status page.”  I switch to classic search and it goes through and endless loading loop of the search results. The only way I’ve been able to successfully use my system is by removing all music services except for one so I can quickly tap on it before it clears. It doesn’t matter which music service i search for. I’ve tried updating the app, rebooting my system, and a hard reset. It still works. I’ve talked to one person who said it’s my phone but it happens on iPad as well. Haven’t tried the desktop version. The service people I’ve spoken to just have me switch my channel back and forth. If it helps it only helps for an hour or so.Has anyone dealt with this before?

spotify says it's connecting to my sonos one on Windows 10 desktop app one but won't connect help! Windows just updated. I reinstalled both apps and did a hard restart with my WiFi and restarted my PC.

Is it me or does the arc sound hollow/metallic? Some sounds like waterfall or rain sounds hollow. 

My Sonos Roam for the last few months won't show up as an option to cast on Spotify anymore. It used to work pretty well. It's already up to date and I have reset it as well as unlinked it from Sonos and Google Home but still doesn't work. The Wi-Fi ability works in the Sonos App when playing their radio but doesn't cast outside of the app. I can even pause/unpause with Google Home when it's playing music from Sonos app so it's definitely connected but the only thing it can't do is cast to any app (I've tried YT Music too). 

I just received a Sonos One (S2) that I’m having issue’s connecting my Macbook M1 via airplay. Every time I try and set the Sonos device as the Output it prompts me with “Could not connect to “device name”. I am however able to get music to play through it when I open up Spotify on my Macbook but I can't set the device as the output when I want to watch something on a browser. Both devices are on the same wifi network, i’ve power cycled and ran through the setup on the Sonos twice and  updated the software on my Macbook to the latest but still no luck, please advise. 

Hi there. I just bought a Sonos Beam Gen 2 soundbar, and made some changes in the settings for a better experience when watching movies and tv series. Although Im enjoying the sound, it’s not so good to listen music with the settings I have now. This weekend Im going to buy a pair of Sonos ONE SL to add the surround. My question, it is possible to listen the music only in the pair of SONOS ONE SL?And using the pair and sonos beam gen only for movies/series. 

It is possible the put the Sonos arc behind the tv. The reason is that the Sonos arc will hide the bottom of the screen. thanks

So far I have2 play1 (the old model)One Sub (gen 2)BeamBut I am thinking, because of changing up the livingroom, of buying 2 Play One SL. but is it possible to connect all of that.? So that will be:2 play one SL as front speakers2 play 1 as rear speakersBeam in front of the TVand the SUB Alternative: 4 play one SL? it that an option?  

Hello Sonos Family,I am having HDMI Issues, my Sonos Beam2 stops working at times, come to find out the back of my TV HDMI port was loose, Samsung came out, replaced the HDMI port, plugged my soundar back in, it worked great for a couple of days, then the issue started happening again, the HDMI cable seems to be a little loose back there, when i wiggle it, sound comes in and out from soundbar. Do i need to invest in a better HDMI Cable, like a MONSTER, i have a rocketfish plugged in now.It seems like my HDMI Cable needs a tighter fit, or do I just have a TV that has a crappy input port ?My TV is a Samsung Q80B QLED 4k 55”   Any reccomendations ? Thank you,Mikey

Can I buy a black Arc and a White Sub Woofer or do I have to the same color?

I am currently planning to use SONOS for all my music and TV-needs. I have a room that is 4x4m where I plan to have as a “base” for both TV and Vinyl/music listening. The setup I want to go for is Arc+Sub+2 Era100 in the TV room. Can I use one of the Era100s to connect the Vinyl Player to the SONOS network of speakers? And then in the room next to the TV room I want to have 2 Era100s in one zone, and 2 in another zone. Can I still send the vinyl from the Era100 to all the other speaker zones?

I have dumb speakers i use via an integrated (Marantz) amp. I just bought a Sonos Connect, hoping I could use that to make the dumb speakers part of my Sonos set up, but can’t get them working to stream music as I’d hopedI’ve connected the Connect via RCA cable to the amp. And the Connect is being recognized via my Sonos app. (It’s powered up and named). My other Sonos speakers are working.Not sure where I’m going wrong with the wiring of Connect to amp. Or did I misunderstand what hardware I needed to get my dumb speakers integrated to my Sonos set up??!! Thanks for any advice or ideas

Hello,I have been using Sonos devices in vairous rooms of my house : Arc + Sub + 2 One in the living room, a pair of One in 3 other rooms…The device that is monitoring the use of my solar panels turns off the sockets in the rooms where nobody is. Hence my Sonos system is most of the time incomplete (with disconnected speakers).In this situation, the Sonos App struggles and takes a while before letting me play music and then does not run smoothly…Would you please consider this use case and make it work better ?Thanks.

Looks like the previous thread got closed - but the problem is still here  I have 3 Roams and 2 of them went bad before 2 years - the 3rd is still ok but not quite a year old yet.Sonos needs to step up on this - all I want is for them to replace the batteries or send me new ones & instructions how to replace. My 1st call to support ended in the tech telling me they would either send new batteries or replace the untis - they did neither. I have been a loyal Bose user for 30 years and made the switch to Sonos slowly 2 years ago & started buying new Sonos speakers - I am wondering if I made the correct choice - clearly Sonos is not supporting the Roam product.

Hi,I disabled the Touch Controls and Led light for a Sonos IKEA bookshelf in the app. During a reset, the speaker disappeared from the app. Now I can neither control it through the app nor can I perform a factory reset. It’s completely lost.How can I get it back?

When watching Netflix dolby atmos it isn't showing just saying dolby digital 5.1

I’ve never had an issue connecting my iPhone to the sonos airplay - all of a sudden it’s stated saying ‘unable to connect’ I’ve removed the app, reconnected the app, tried literally everything - I don’t know how to connect the two

I have a number of Sonos devices, Play5 Gen2, Play 1s, Roam and have seen various issues with connectivity across all of these.Currently when trying to play from Apple Music on my iPad via AirPlay to the Play5, as the song is playing there is no sound, then after around 3-4 minutes of leaving it alone playing the sound randomly starts to come out of the Play5. Sound drops in and out, sometimes corrupts and crackles etc.The Sonos Roam has intermittent connectivity issues over Bluetooth.The Play1s have issues where they drop in and out, when paired with other devices, one speaker will drop out whilst the other works and vice versa. All devices are up to date, they sit on desks or on a kitchen counter top.Why are Sonos devices so frustrating and fit for purpose? Hi all,I currently have two ONEs in the lounge (stereo pair, on Sanus stands) and two Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers in the kitchen (stereo pair).I am looking to buy a Beam Gen 2 for the lounge. I am thinking of bringing the Symfonisk speakers into the lounge and placing them on stands behind the sofa on either side with TV straight ahead and keeping the ONEs where they are at either side of the TV in the far corners. For TV, I would like to use the Beam as main speaker(s) and Symfonisks for Rear Surrounds. I don't think I can also add the ONEs as extra speakers for TV in this set up?For Music, I would like to use the Beam, together with the ONEs (as a stereo pair) and IF POSSIBLE, also the Symfonisks. Would the latter best be achieved by changing the setting to Full Audio (not ambient)? Also, assuming I can do all of that, am I going to notice a big improvement when playing music to all these speakers, compared to what I'm used to, ie, playing on just the ONEs as a stereo pair?
