Making a Sonos Speaker Choice

We have a large open space that is broken up by a few walls - 

The TV room is roughly 400 square feet, kitchen 300sq ft, Living Room 600 aq ft 
We have a Sonos Move we take all around the house. 

In the living room there are 4 in ceiling and a center speaker connected to the TV via Amplifier through HDMI ARC. 

Question -

1. Should I go Beam under the TV and two ERA 100 with one in the kitchen and one in the living room to fill the downstairs with Music? 
2. Go with the Port on the Amplifier, add a Sub and two Era for the Living room and Kitchen
3. Or is there a different set up you’d suggest? 

Again - filling the space with music is the main objective
