Good morning,I installed :An ERA 100A PLAY 1A PlayBar (+ Sub)Two SYMFONISK shelvesI connect from my mobile via BlueTooth to ERA100 and I stream the music from the Deezer application on my phone.I want to pair PlayBar (+Sub) and it worksI want to pair the two SYMFONISKs the indicator says it's good, but no sound comes out. But if I press the stop button on the SYMFONISK it also cuts off the ERA100. So I am well connected but no sound.The same thing happens if I want to pair ERA100 with PLAY 1And from time to time I get this message:“Unable to connect to the device, please try later”I then have to turn off the speakers electrically.I only have this problem with the ERA100, all other combinations work.The application is up to date.Thanks for your helpSincerely

Deezer on Sonos is regularly either stopping and starting again or skipping songs.  This is definitely not linked with our internet connection (very stable - up to 1 gb). This happens in our two places … and it’s random… some days it’s perfectly ok, some days it terrible especially while streaming “flow” or   No stop through the app on phone, or on the TV…Sonos works perfectly with all other streaming… just Deezer is doing that..definitely you have a bug or something not efficient in the buffering… Btw same problem on Sonos 1 or Sonos 2… we have both configurations in two different places…I contacted Deezer who told me to contact you as you are in charge of the API 

I just bought an Audio Technica LP 120 and am trying to connect it via Bluetooth to my existing Sonos setup which includes an ARC soundbar and 2 ERA 100’s. I’ve been through the manual and online and cannot seem to figure out how to do it. Thus far I’ve tried (many times) to pair the turntable with one of the ERA 100’s that is about 3 physical feet from the turntable.I would certainly appreciate any help that can be provided. Just got Yonomi’s 30-day notice “sunset” email hence this request.  I currently use Yonomi routines to control the inputs to the Sonos Amp that plays through the speakers on our DeckIf I say “Alexa turn on Deck Cable” then the audio output from our Virgin box is played via line-in and the volume set to 35If I say “Alexa turn on Deck Radio” then a Radio Staion I have in my Sonos favorites is set to play and Volume set to 50If I say “Alexa turn off Deck Cable” or “Turn off Deck Radio” then The Amp pauses.Can anyone suggest an easy (preferably free!) way to replicate this?Many thanksJust found out that as Line In can be added to “My Sonos” I should be able to use IFTTT to access it - when I first automated this that wasn’t possible so I had to use Yonomi.  Just need to work my way round editing in IFTTT.  Yonomi was so easy to do.Found that editing IFTTT in Windows much easier than in IOS app - just need to decide if its worth £2 a month to get more than two applets and more actions. Mode

I have a Sonos 1, a Sonos play and a ray soundbar. When I power up my Sonos play or 1 the app always defaults to the soundbar and I cannot see the others. Do I need to reset with a hard wire to the router again?

Does Sonos Five supports stereo mode while they are feeding through a stereo pre amplifier via their line inputs ?

I recently purchased a fancy new record player with the intent of playing my vinyl songs through RCA cable to my Connect:AMP gen1 on s1 (can’t upgrade to s2 software) and then actually played through my Play:1 gen1 pair (say they CAN be downgraded to s1 software), I’ve been trying to downgrade the Play:1’s for forever and always throw an errror code and say they can’t be downgraded, I NEED HELP!!!!

I’ve been using a Sonos One with SVC and Alexa for 5 months. Recently, SVC stopped responding, so I tried removing it and reinstalling, but it fails near the end of the SVC installation process every time. I’ve tried from 2 different devices with the same result.  Today I’ve done a reset of the One and tried again, but it still fails. Alexa and music services appear to be working normally. Any suggestions?Moderator edit: combined posts:Scrub that! Since the system reset now Alexa won’t play any music. Internet queries are fine and Airplay still works 😞 Ok, got Alexa working again by removing the Sonos skill and re-adding it. Still can’t install SVC. I should add that I’m running the latest App and firmware versions available. The installation appears to fail at around 90% progress.

I have a sub mini in my game room/office/hobby room currently, along with a Beam Gen 1 and pair of play 1s.  It currently sits on the floor just to right of the TV console, and perfectly happy with it’s performance.  However, for various reasons, I’m thinking about putting in an enclosure for a few different reasons.The enclosure would essentially be something I build myself and completely replaces the TV console.  What sort of air space does the Sub mini need on the sides, top and rear?   From what I’ve looked at, vibrations and air flow wouldn’t be an issue as long as there is an inch or so of clearance on all sides. Sound quality is what I’d be concerned about  The front would be fully open of course.  Material of the enclosure would be ¾ MDF or plywood, if that matters.Normally, I would just test it out to see what I think, but I don’t want to spend the time making it if it’s unlikely to work well.  There are few other places I could put the sub, as space is limited in the room but

after the latest update to 15.8 my rear play 1s seem to be dropping out and it changes the whole sound profile. The sound gets super flat and its very noticable when they come back. It happens fairly often. I had issues upating them to 15.8 while everything else updated fine. The sonos app would error a few times but eventually showed no updates available. Any ideas how I can fix his?setup: sonos playbase, sub, play1s connected to wifi

Sonos support is telling me I can't currently control my Play 1 speakers with the c2 app (which I need in order to add a new Sonos sub).  This totally contradicts their online compatibility list.  Can anyone confirm this or provide more info? 

I’ve got a Beam Gen 2 with a pair of Play 1’s for surround, using a Samsung QE49Q60 TV. Dolby Atmos works just fine via streaming services (ie ‘Rings of Power’ on Amazon) and sounds great. When I check the Sonos app on my phone, I can see that the soundtrack is playing in Atmos.Problem is, I can’t get Atmos out of either of my available blu-ray players. The one I use for this setup is a Samsung UBD-K8500. 5:1 works just fine, but playing, for instance, the 4K disc of ‘Dune’, the Dolby Atmos soundtrack only comes out as 5:1.Checking the sound settings on the TV, the ‘Dolby Digital+’ option is greyed out.I tested with our living room blu ray player - a Panasonic DMP UB900, and things were even more disappointing. Various changes to the settings got me no further than a stereo output for pretty much any disc I tried - and in every case the only option in the TV’s sound setting was to output for PCM.The Beam is connected to the eArc input on the TV, the players via HDMI to the TV.Looking o

I just found out that sonos now supports Apple Music.I have spotify but everything else in my house is apple.I was thinking of making the switch to apple music now that it is supported but I have an older system currently and wondering if I will need to upgrade.I have one generation 1 with alexa, Play 1, Playbar and 2 Play 3 Thanks  

I have an arc in the main room and ceiling speakers in the same room. The amp for those speakers is in a rack in the basement. Can I make the amp surrounds if the amp is not line of site to the arc? 

I want to connect two pair of Definitive Technologies AW6500 speakers to a Sonos Amp. According to the speaker installation instructions, each speaker presents a nominal impedance of 4-8 ohms. The Sonos Amp states it provides 125Watt continuous power sine wave, into an 8-ohm load, both channels driven. It further states that the Sonos Amp can power two pairs of 8-ohm nominal passive speakers wired in parallel. My question is can I safely wire each pair of the AW6500 speakers in parallel to the left and right channel of a Sonos Amp? If the speaker instructions indicated 8 ohms, I would have no question. However, stating 4-8 ohms has me questioning if this is safe. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Hi I am a resident in the UK. I normally listen to Greatest Hits Radio but in the last 2 days whenever I’ve picked GHR to listen too the Sonos has played Gold and vice versa? Is this a radio station issue or a system fault?

After many hours of effort I have finally upgraded my old S1 to S2 with my Play 3's.I am using a new Samsung Galaxy S8+ tablet but there seems to be limited functionality on this device.I would like to add Samsung music which resides on this device.I would also like to add my CD collection which is on my laptop.It appears there is an issue at the moment with Sonos and adding libraries but I can't even see an option.I am a bit traumatised about being too ambitious at the moment in case I undo the many hours already spent. Is there greater functionality on a laptop than a tablet ?Any help is appreciatedFletch
