I have a customer with approx 11 sonos amps, play bar, arc, subs etc. Frequently, he gets a message that the song cannot be played. All of the devices show online and he has to reboot the network for it to correct itself. He is in Canada using Cogeco fibe as his ISP. Has anyone seen this before? Any help would be appreciated.
