Continuous crackle with audio line in on sonos connect

Hello, O have connected my pro-ject turntable though my Pro-ject phono box s2 (pre amp) with my Sonos Connect (audio line in). I hear a continue streaming steinh crackle. I have tried everything but no solution. Not with other cables. Not with other Sonos speaker in the network. Not with other device on line in. Streaming Spotify does work fine but the line in gives problems. I also have the same crackle when I just have cables in the Connect and not in the pre-amp

Hi

Since the issue is not isolated to your turntable but with anything plugged into your Connect I suggest you run a diagnostic within 10 minutes of the next occurrence. Post the reference ID in your next post and call Sonos tech support. They may be able to tell you what is the cause of the crackling if other than interference. To run a diagnostic go to Settings > Support > diagnostic.
