I am installing a few pairs of in ceiling Sonos speakers. Everything is working great but the speakers are not added to my product list. Is there a registration page to enter serial numbers? Thanks

I have a Sonos Beam that I use for my TV front audio and was wondering if there is a Sonos product that could be used (wirelessly) as a rear speaker ?

Hey, everybody. I realize this is a bit of a silly question, but still. Does anyone know if there are any plans to update the app to use 4x Sonos Era-300? It seems to me that for people who want to watch content on large diagonals (150 inches and more), the Arc soundbar will not be enough.I wouldn't mind expanding the stage with additional Era 300/100's in front on the sides either.  

HelloMy question is:What determines the order in which the speakers appear after I group them? I have 6 connects with 4 speakers so 24 speakers total. So in the room called kitchen I have 4 speakers in the room called bedroom I have 4 speakers etc. 6 rooms x 4 speakers... When I start with kitchen, then add bedroom, then living room the sonos S1 app ignores the order I choose them in. So when I go to adjust the volume the kitchen will appear towards the middle of the speaker order even though I want it to appear first. Meanwhile the office will be at the top of the order even though I want it to appear last, (for example.) I have tried alphabetical order, numerical order, rebooting each device in the order I want them in, asking s1 to please respect the order I choose, moving the connect boxes from one amp to another, bringing them closer and further from the router, using optical cables on some of them and not others, I cannot figure out how S1 determines the order except -I know that

I have the arc and 2 x ones and they work fine together for movies giving me both atmos and surround from movies on my Apple TV + LG tv. But… I also have a blu-ray with music in 5.1 format. Can I somehow rip this and convert to something that can be played back correctly on my system? For my dvd and Blu-ray collection I have ripped these and store them on a NAS which the Apple TV can access and I then play back using Infuse. Works like a charm. My music collection is also on the NAS and I can get the Sonos app to play back tracks from it. What format should I pick for the music? Can the Sonos app somehow access and play it back in multichannel?

I’ve searched and read lots of posts, but still can’t figure out the optimal direction to face my 300s.  I know some posts say just try each and see what sounds best, but I would like to first determine the theoretical best direction.My couch is up against a wall and there is no way to place 300s behind (as you can see from the pics).  What is the best direction to face them?  It seems like the best would be to face them towards the TV so at least 1 of the sides is directed towards me and the other side is bouncing off the wall, but I would love to get some expert opinions.  I don’t mind moving each speaker a bit before watching a movie, which would give me the 8 inches clearance recommended.Left surround position - against wall ~6 feet from listening positionhttps://photos.app.goo.gl/KW8CD5QJg9V6bTLC9Right surround position - against bookshelf ~14 feet from my position (I could move it behind the lamp table, which would make it 9 feet from me, but 3 feet from the right couch seat)http

I have a beam and two play 1’s which can be set up as either stereo or surround.  I also have a roam.  im wondering if I add another roam could I set up the beam with the play 1’s as front and roams as rear.  I have some dvd’s which have 5.1 surround music on them and wondering how I get to listen to them in a better setting  I am currently just playing them as 5.1 dts.  I also use the play 1 to connect to my port and turntable.  im hoping someone can direct me how to make the most of my system when I want to watch dvd  I also have an old Sonos play bar in the front room and can move the other bits to make it work in there if that helps   

Hey guys, quick question:I plan to setup a videoprojector on my ceiling, and I would like to connect it with an AppleTV 4K , and use a Sonos Era300 as sound system.Unfortunately I don’t have a wall to hang a soundbar on it, so I’ll put my Era300 on a Stand Pair under the screen when I’ll watch movies. What do you think about that ?→ I understand it’s not possible to have Dolby Atmos sound through AirPlay2 (yet? I hope you’re working on it guys?), but will it work in Dolby 5.1 ? Or Stereo only ? Thanks

my current system has the 1st gen play fives and sound-bar which use the Sonos 1 app which i use for my music.I want to purchase the Beam and some Era 100s which use the Sonos 2 app. can i have both systems on the network or will there be compatibility issues?

I have a single era100 which I use over wifi (Spotify mainly), line in (xbox) and bluetooth (turntable)I am considering buying a second one to create a stereo pair.Question I have is will I be able to use the bluetooth and line in across the stereo pair as well as Spotify.Id really like the xbox and turntable to come through as stereo as well as Spotify. Thanks Brett

Hi, I'm hoping for some advice on upgrading my system. I know some of these questions have been asked before, so I apologise if they seem basic. I've had a search through and read many posts but couldn't find exactly what I am looking for.I currently have two ONEs in the lounge (stereo pair, on Sanus stands) and two Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers in the kitchen (stereo pair).I am looking to buy a Beam Gen 2 for the lounge. I am thinking of bringing the Symfonisk speakers into the lounge and placing them on stands behind the sofa on either side with TV straight ahead and keeping the ONEs where they are at either side of the TV in the far corners. For TV, I would like to use the Beam as main speaker(s) and Symfonisks for Rear Surrounds. I don't think I can add the ONEs as extra speakers for TV in this set up and that's ok if that's the case (but would be nice).For Music, I would like to use the Beam, together with the ONEs (as a stereo pair) and IF POSSIBLE, also the Symfonisks. Hi all I currently have a Playbar and Sub (I assume 1st gen) and small whit Sonos bridge. What are the best speakers to pair with this set up? Playbar is above TV and I have shelves on both sides of tv with plenty of space. Went to Best Buy and they told me I could connect any of the new gen speakers with them. What speakers would I have to source to put on the sides of the tv. I have the sun set up near the couch away from the tv. 

I have an open concept living room with Florida concrete block exterior walls so in-wall speakers and rear surround speakers are not an option. My wife doesn’t want speakers out visible in the middle of the room. I want to create a 5.1.4 Dolby Atmos system surround sound system for my home theater using an Onkyo NR7100 receiver with Sonos speakers. I would like to use the Arc, the sub, and 4 Sonos ceiling speakers to do this? Will this work? It seems like it would. What am I missing? I do t think I need to add a Sonos amp anywhere to make it work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I’m no longer able to connect my line-in feed (a turntable) to most of the speakers in my home. This is suddenly a problem for the past few days after a full year of no issues at all. When I activate the line-in and try selecting any other speakers except the 5 (which is wired to the turntable) and my ceiling kitchen speakers (which are connected to my Sonos Amp), it makes all the sound stop and eventually says it can’t connect to the device. Nothing about my home or set-up has changed so I have no idea why this is happening. Submitted a diagnostic—1125498172. 

i have an issue with adding sonos amp at sonos mobile app after adding sonos ar & one sl, i can’t do that at one application as the owner asked for setting all amp,arc & one sl together at same system, so any help to get off this issue ?

I’ve just recieved the latest syatem update on my Sonos Beam Gen 2 and Sub Mini. what does the update fix/improve please? Will it fix a problem Ive had with my TV switching back to TV speakers from the Beam and needing a power cycle to reconnect.

Brand new Sonos move and I can’t get it to work at all it’s getting very tiresome to use the Sonos system.  I have so many components of my system I am not prepared to lose by upgrading to sonos 2 appthis new speaker won’t downgrade and there for me - $659 I can’t use

Hi All I am a 65 year old Sonos novice and have now joined your community to look for help as I cannot resolve my issue although I have been adding to the sonos system for a number of years now I haven't suffered from many issues. I have recently noticed that when I group two of the main rooms the sound begins to distort on the one’s at times but not all of the time only occasionally 2 one’s in same room will distort or cut out the other room sounds fine, should I group an additional main room (all three main rooms together) all the one’s distort. In each of the three main rooms I have the following 1 Play base + 2 One’s + 1 Sub, an additional room has 2 one’s + 1 Ray which was recently added also further additional 5 rooms each having 1 one.The complete system comprises of the following3 x Sub3 x Play Base1 x Ray15 x One (2 not yet connected?)I have searched the online help but cannot find anything relating to this issue the system has been updated as of this morning and I have reset

I have just purchased a sub gen 1 off ebay for my S1 system. All looks good.I have another Sub already connected to my lounge, this new one is for the kitchen/beam.The S1 app could not see the sub. I had this problem with the beam. So ran S2, factory reset, connected, downgraded to S1. All looking good. I run S1 app on same wifi network as Sonos system. Follow instructions. The S1 app finds Sub. Asks me to press the Sub button, I do this, and S1 thinks while trying to connect. But does not and concludes it cannot find the unit (even though it had it in its sights just moments ago). I’ve been round this loop several times, factory re-setting etc. Always, the S1 can see it and begin the connect sequence, but then loses it. What is the workaround? 

Just got this new router from the ISP and my speakers always disconnect or cannot be found. Have to always find and re-start the router to find all speakers. Sonos say’s to name the bands to separate them but ISP says it is not possible with this router. The page that lists routers that are not compatible does not list this router. Has anyone find a solution for this issue with this specific router? Is my only option is to get another router that lets you separate the bands (2.4ghz/ghz)???Set up:1 Beam4 Sonos Play11 Move

My Calm Radio stations stopped playing through the Sonos app this afternoon. They were working a few hours earlier. I thought I would delete and re-add the Calm Radio service in the app to see if this would resolve the issue,  and when I tried to add it again it had disappeared from the list of available services. I am a paid Calm customer and it is working through all other means, including the Calm Radio app and Roon. Does anyone know what's going on? [EDIT: A few minutes after I posted this a Sonos app notice  informed me “Calm Radio is experiencing a full outage” and it now appears as “down” on the Sonos status page. Oddly I am listening to Calm through Roon during this “full outage” and am having no issues playing stations through the Calm app.]

On-line chatted with a Sonos rep to determine if the audio output of my windows 11 can be sent to the Sonos SL One. The speaker does not have a line in. Is there any workaround to be able to accomplish windows 11 audio output to Sonos SL One speaker?Thank you
