Unable to add pocketcast to sonos

I was having trouble playing podcasts through Pocketcasts on Sonos. This happens regularly and usually reauthorizing the app fixes it. Not this time. So I tried removing Pocketcasts from Sonos and adding it back. I get the following error message:

Error. Unable to add Pocketcasts account

I'm logged into Pocketcasts on my phone and it's working fine on every other device EXCEPT Sonos. 

I've also tried resetting the Sonos app and restarting my Internet router. According to Sonos, Pocketcasts is not experiencing an outage.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I tried adding our test account to my system and succeeded on my first try. I therefore recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

If, when rebooting you router, you didn’t leave it powered off for at least half a minute, I recommend doing so before calling - it might just fix it. It could conceivably help to reboot your phone too, or to try from another device.
