there is no front lights on my ZP90, network port lights are active (blinking). I’ve tried several times factory reset,  unplugging it from power for a longer time...without success. Does this mean it is the end

Possibly, it’s a fairly old computer at this point. It’s most unfortunate you chose to factory reset it, that erases any data that Sonos could use to help you, but I’d still call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.

Likely a hardware issue.

The front panel lights dim with age. It’s possible that they are too dim to observe.

The ZP90 is somewhat divided into two sections, networking and audio. It’s possible that the audio side has failed, but the network side is working enough to blink the lights.

Work with SONOS support and pause the Factory Resets.

If you go to Settings → System → About My System is the ZP90 visible?

ZP90 is not visible in About My System

The port LEDs show low level physical activity. Check your router. Does the ZP get an IP address? If not then the network stack is inactive and the player’s presumably deceased.

I’m having same issue

Likely, your unit is non functional, however, it is possible that the front light has dimmed over the ages. Try viewing the front light in a darkened room. Also check your router to see if the ZP90 is visible.
