Alexa does not appear to be working through my system. (Beam). How to reset?

In what way does Alexa not work on your Beam? Please elaborate - does Alexa respond correctly, but fail to do what you asked, or does she not even do that much?

Something easy to try is to disable and re-enable the Sonos skill in your Alexa app - it can often fix issues.

Please also make sure that the microphone light is on.
