Comment connecter 2 enceintes SONOS One à un téléviseur ancien (sans connexion Wifi) ?

I have just bought a new tv with Dolby atmos so I am going to upgrade my beam gen 1 to a gen 2. My current beam cables (hdmi and power) are sunk in the wall Will these be ok with the new beam particularly Will the older hdmi be ok with Dolby atmos sound?Secondly I have a spare play 1 so was thinking of getting another refurbished play 1 to set up a surround sound system. Again with using the older play 1’s will this be detrimental to the atmos experience? Cheers in advance for an advice

Sonos is unable to play SiriusXM stations in the early morning.  Later in the morning and the rest of the day its no problem.   WTF?  

Is it possible to use SONOS as an output of a DJ software, for instance?

When I adjust the volume on my Samsung TV, I get a loud buzzing through the Playbar for a few seconds, which then prompts the TV's Soundcare pop-up. How do I fix this?

Hello,A few days ago I bought a Beam Gen2 bar, installed it and it's working ok. I've been reading about the product, and I found an image of the internal components and noticed that it has two side speakers, two central ones that are one on each side of the SONOS logo, and right behind the logo a tweeter. I put my ear close to the position of each speaker, and noticed that the center speaker just to the right of the SONOS logo is muffled and sounds completely different from the speaker on the left. This is normal? Or is it a problem with the product? It seems that these center speakers are reproducing different frequency ranges. Has anyone had this same question?  

My Setup: Sonos Arc, Sub Gen.3, 2x Era 300 as rear surrounds; Media Player: Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 (playback through Plex)I recently added the 2 Era 300 as rear surrounds and when I now play a Dolby Atmos TrueHD file the height channels don‘t work anymore (when I turn off the surrounds in the sonos app the height channel from the sonos arc is suddenly working again, so I can be sure that the problem is coming from the era 300s). Im able to subscribe and store in my YTM library podcasts.  However, I can’t find them in my YMT service on Sonos. Am I missing something?

I am not getting anywhere with Sonos support and am wondering if someone here knows someone who can help. I’ve been a Sonos customer since 2007 (I had Controller 100s and ZonePlayers!) and have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of equipment over the years. This is unbelievably frustrating. Apologies for the length, but I want to lay out the entire story.In March of this year I bought two Era 100s, one white and one black. A couple months ago, I started to notice that the grille on the white one had cracks. I’m pretty sure they were not there when I unboxed it: The black Era 100 did not show this issue. The speaker functioned fine, but it was very unsightly and these speakers are expensive, so I thought I should request a replacement under the warranty.I did a support chat (ticket ********) in late September and was told I would be contacted via email. On September 26 I received an email that gave me RMA number RO-****** and a link to process my return, which I did.The same day I rece

I want to subscribe to Sonos Radio HD.    However, when I go to https://www.sonos.com/en-us/myaccount/user/subscriptions, I’m getting an erroneous message that “*Looks like you already have an existing subscription to Radio HD through Apple. You can access that subscription through your Apple ID settings.” However, the Apple Sonos subscription has already expired.  There is no more active subscription through Apple. Please advise.  

Hi, can someone tell me how to add a SONOs Sub Gen 3 to an existing SONOS Arc? I learned that I may have to use the SONOs App. How can I do this? If I want to also add the SONOs surround in the future, do I follow the same procedure? Thanks.

Hi everyone,Just updated to IOS 17 on Apple TV.The Apple TV remote indicates on TV screen that volume is going up and down but this doesn't correlate to the actual sound going up and down.When I switch from the Playbar sound output to the TV output, volume works as expected.I conclude it must be an issue between Sonos and Apple TV IOS 17. TV remote works as expected with IOS 17 and sonos. It's basically the Apple TV remote on IOS 17 and connection with sonos that appears to be the issue.Any advice team?Thanks  

Hi all - I have a number of Sonos speakers  ; era 100, era 300  and move 2 .   The era 300 are in pairs and also singularly .  I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max .  in all the settings for all the speakers  , I’m finding the quick trueplay option to sound  “cleaner” in lots of ways . The most obvious thing seems to be the treble response which is more muted when using the detailed trueplay option .  Clearly one possibility is that the iPhone isn’t doing the job properly .. but that the only possibility ?  Thanks 👍🏻

I can’t seem to locate where to disconnect some speakers that were added to a system and set them back up on a new system

I have used an iPod connected to Sonos 5, years ago.  The playlist was exported from iTunes and filed under iTunes/music folder.  Is this how era100 line-in works as well?  

Am I able to place my Sonos Amp in the Attic or does it need to be in a temperature controlled environment.  Thanks

Hi, the app is asking me to reauthorise my BBC sounds account. But it is auto selecting a random app to try to open what I presume is meant to be BBC sounds, and so it doesn't work. It doesn't allow me to select any other app e.g. chrome. Does anyone know how to override this auto selection?Thanks!

Hi, I’ve had my Sonos set up for about 6 years. Suddenly it stopped playing music in 1 room. The rest of the rooms work fine. I reset the wifi and it still doesn;t work. In the App the room still shows up and can be controlled but there is nothing coming out of the speakers, What can I do? I did a diagnostic and the confirmation number is: 2002101329.

I am unable to skip tracks on my Sonos Move1. I can pause a track, adjust the volume up/down, but I haven’t figured out how to skip a track. A link to a video showing how to do this would be helpful.

There seem to be some related topics, but most are quite old.. We replaced our 5.1 system with a Sonos Arc last year.  We have decent surround speakers and a wired subwoofer that we’re no longer using. Would it be possible to add a Amp to the speaker group with the Arc to power a pair of wired rears and a (wired) subwoofer?  I’d also like to be able to take advantage of the Amp’s bluetooth / line-in to expand the capabilities of this speaker group.  I think I read that if an Amp is paired with an Arc (or other soundbar) that the subwoofer and inputs get disabled. :-\

Sirius channel stopped working. Deleted it. Went back to add it and it won't add to the channels list.

Hi,I have two Sonos systems;Sonos Roam Sonos Arc connected with two Era 300 and one Sub Gen3Both are connected two my WiFi and they work independently. My WiFi is set such that it support 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under the same name.I haven't found a way to show both systems together in my Sonos app V15.9. Currently both products are connected to the 2.4 GHz radio of my WiFi network (yesterday the Arc was in 5 GHz, and the problem was the same).If my phone is connected on 2.4. GHz, I can only see the Roam and if my phone is connected to 5 GHz, I can only see the Arc. Why is that?I don't think it is a problem with the router since I can see the Arc which is connected to 2.4 GHz even though my phone is in 5Ghz.Also my Spotify app always is able to connect to both devices.Why can't the Sonos app see both product together?This way I am not able to group the speakers, which was one of the main reasons I decided to go for Sonos. Thanks for any help!Daniel
