Hi,I have two Sonos systems;Sonos Roam Sonos Arc connected with two Era 300 and one Sub Gen3Both are connected two my WiFi and they work independently. My WiFi is set such that it support 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under the same name.I haven't found a way to show both systems together in my Sonos app V15.9. Currently both products are connected to the 2.4 GHz radio of my WiFi network (yesterday the Arc was in 5 GHz, and the problem was the same).If my phone is connected on 2.4. GHz, I can only see the Roam and if my phone is connected to 5 GHz, I can only see the Arc. Why is that?I don't think it is a problem with the router since I can see the Arc which is connected to 2.4 GHz even though my phone is in 5Ghz.Also my Spotify app always is able to connect to both devices.Why can't the Sonos app see both product together?This way I am not able to group the speakers, which was one of the main reasons I decided to go for Sonos. Thanks for any help!Daniel

Is it normal for the WiFi symbol not to show for the Sub mini in the Sonos app?  

Have Vizio tv set to bitstream.  Have playbar, 2 surrounds and sub all combined.  After just connecting coax for antenna now some channels audio stutters through playbar like a robot so you can not hear.  Some channels are fine and does same streaming through roku stick.  PCM does not have an issue.  If I turn off tv and back on or unplug tv and playbar will then work until I turn channels or input. It is random.  Have not had a problem having everything for @7 years.  Checked for updates says up to date.thanks

If I add a move speaker to an existing system where the other speakers don't have Bluetooth, can you play Bluetooth on all speakers as long as the one being used primarily is the move?

Hello,I have latest arc and sub and I have a problem with airplay 2. Every time I try to use it window just shows up and it’s saying that “can’t connect to device”sonos arc””. Arc is connected to tv by hdmi to optic converter because my tv is old and doesn’t has earc. Arc and sub is connected to the 2.4ghz WiFi. Thank you

I already own a Move and love it, bought new place and will need more sounds on the outside.  My current Move “lives” in my garage for work out musics, but pull it outback when I have guests.  For the new speaker I am planning on the speaker "living" in the kitchen but when guest come over pulling out with my old move for music outside.  Here is my dilemma, I am interested in the new Move 2 however, will it sound funny or noticeably different than my Move 1 when they are both being used as outdoor speakers while entertaining?  Or am I just being overly critical?  Thank you for your help in advance, Side note, would bonded Move 1’s sound better than Move 1 and Move 2 playing “grouped”

When I kill the Sonos App, the AMP will not stop playing music. I DO NOT HAVE THE QUEUE ON. I literally have to kill power to it as it is now my whole home audio source (line out, don’t judge… this is how it has evolved). 

Hi,I am looking to get clearity on the Sonos APP and quality of stream. Current Setup: I have Sonos Arc, the Sub, and Sonos Arc, added to this I have also setup Sonos App.Laptop - Macbook Air M2,Mobile: iPhone 13 Max Pro / iPadDesktop: Windows 11 - connected to wired network via Ethernet (wired).I subscribe to: Tidal, Bandcamp With both Bandcamp and tidal i have the option to go high-res so i had following question: Does the Sonos App support Hi-res qualitry stream from both Tidal and or Bandcamp? 

I have Apple TV (3rd gen) HD connected to Epson 4k LS11000 projector via 30 ft long hdmi fiber cable (24Gbps). Another 30 ft cable connected from projector eARC out to Sonos ARC. There is a Sonos Sub and 2 Era 100 surround sound speakers also connected. All good. However, playing any Dolby Atmos and Dolby Digital 5.1 is having issues. Video plays smoothly but the sound is skipping to the extent that it is absent for multiple seconds. Playing Atmos sound also skips with Xbox as input source.Is it possible that 24Gbps is lower bandwidth and I should try 48 Gbps instead ?I would really like this to be fixed. Would appreciate if anyone have had similar experience and was able to resolve it.

Hey! Man, I really could use some help here. I’m struggling to get any output from my Sonos Sub. Here’s the room setup:Thorens TD160 Music Hall pa15.3 phono pre-amp (line-in to play:5)(2) Play:5 gen 1 in stereo with Sonos Sub (one is direct connect to Wi-Fi and acts as the main controller for the rest of the house)line in source level set at 10This is at my folks house and it’s just temporary until I move next year sometime, but I cannot for the life of me get much of any bass coming out of the sub when I use line-in from the above set up. I set the “sub audio” to +15 and it’s still hardly working.  When I stream music the sub is knocking and it sounds great. I’ve used the turntable upstairs with a receiver, old speakers and a sub which sounds good and has plenty of bass. So, I don’t think it’s the cartridge although it’s not a great one. I’m pretty new to the turntable game so it definitely could be the pre-amp? But I’m thinking it’s something with my Sonos system.  Anyone have any ad

I have a new Beam (Gen 2) and two Play:1 speakers. All have been upgraded to the S2 platform.The Play:1 speakers work fine individually, in a stereo pair, and when grouped with the Beam.But, when I configure the Play:1 speakers as surrounds for the Beam, no sound comes from one of the Play:1’s. (Left Rear). The Beam and Play:1 Right Rear work. The light is solid white on top of all speakers. When adding the surrounds, both Play:1’s play the test tone.The problem occurs for all audio sources: TV input (optical + HDMI), Pandora, Music Library, Sonos Radio.I have removed the Play:1 surrounds three times and re-added them - after testing they work independently. I have a new set of era 300s I would like to wall mount them. They would be mounted in a finished poll barn the walls are 16’ tall 34 wide I didn’t want to mount them low how high can I go and do I turn them up side down Also has insulated cathedral ceiling that goes from 16’ up to 26’thanks

I've tried everything so maybe somebody can confirm that what I'm doing isn't possible. (I find it hard to believe that such an expensive system wouldn't give a user more options)I've been completely disappointed with my Playbar plus 2 play threes. My $150 Yamaha sound bar had better ability to select/create separation effects for different stuff that I'm watching. For instance, I like to watch sports. With my old sound bar I could press a button and it gives the stadium affect. Love it! Also could select different simulations in stereo separation. I'm not looking for super quality 5.1 separations, I'm just looking to see if I can simulate different things and left/right delays when I'm watching.i've tried every setting I know but can't seem to create that stadium affect. Is it a known issue that One SL has problems connecting to hidden SSID?

The Sonos app is on my phone. Once I leave my WiFi area and come back the same speaker is always missing from the app - my Arc. If I start up music on other speakers, the Arc will play as well, but it is not seen by the app. I have to unplug it and then sometimes it will be seen again. If not seen, I search for products and then it is found and can be controlled. 

I want to add a stand alone speaker to my zoned system. Can I add either of these speakers to my other zones which are amp to ceiling speakers? Secondly which is better? thanks.

My old Mac died.  I redirected and found everything in Sonos from the new Mac EXCEPT that I now have three Recently Added folders.    There’s only one showing in Apple Music.    I can’t see any way to find where these are from to delete the two I don’t want.Any ideas?  

I have just bought 2 A80k Sony TVs (XR-65A80K and XR55A80K). Both are set up in identical fashion with Apple TV input to HDMI 1 and an optical cable to the Playbase/beam. The Apple TV remote and the Sony remote both change volume when the Sonos is not connected, and when the Sonos is connected, the volume indicator shows as going up or down with the remotes, but no change in volume on the Sonos. We do not use the TVs for channels. We only watch content through the Apple TV.It is as though the volume settings on the tv are not being recognised by the Sonos equipment. Very frustrating to see the volume indicator moving, but no change in volume. The Sonos app changes the volume fine. The Apple Remote is no longer recognised by the Sonos, and the Sony remote is Bluetooth. So the question is does anyone have an idea how to make this work. I have tried resetting the remote (input/down for 5 secs), tried resetting the TV and setting up from scratch, and tried setting up the Sonos from scratch

For the past 3+ months, I have been unable to add Telmore as a music service.I keep receiving this error:“FejlBeklager, vi oplever i øjeblikket problemer med adgangen til servicen.”Which translates to: "Error. Sorry, we are currently experiencing problems with access to the service." I have attempted to update the Sonos App and even uninstalled/reinstalled it, but it dod not solve the issue.What should I do?" 

My Sonos Roam charging port started melting and now wont charge. It’s less than a year old. It could have caused a fire in my house. Please can a replacement Sonos Roam be arranged?
