buying era 100 in America and use in the Netherlands

Hi Sonos,

I'm going on holiday in America soon and was planning to buy the era 100's there, so I can use them in the Netherlands. Because of the major price difference, its very tempting to buy them in America. Can I use the era 100's without any problems in the Netherlands? Or is there something I need to take in consideration?

Kind regards,

Nathan

They’re all the same, except for the power cords. No changes, electrical or WiFi. So yes, an adapter like you’ve shown would work.

You have to purchase country/region specific power cords.

The power cords might be an issue.

What are the tax rules for importing new toys?

Thanks for the quick reply! And besides the power cords? What about updates and wifi connection, its all the same?

So if I understand correctly, if I buy an adapter things would work fine? Or do I need to specifically buy the power cord?

For amounts up to max €450 there are no import taxes.
