Having issues with the following devices when setting up TV- Sony 75” Frame TV with Sonos AMP.

Getting error when using e-arc port “interference with another device is causing problems”

Turning on IP Simple Control
Open Settings
Go to Network and Internet
Go to Home network
Go to IP control
Go to Simple IP control
Toggle On
