app partially working. Detects speaker but no options to play music or change settings. Tried deleting and reloading app, no luck. I aso restarted Internet modem and router. This is what I see in the app.

 

It looks like something is blocking the Sonos App from seeing the Sonos HH on the WiFi network subnet. Three initial things that spring to mind to perhaps check:

  • AP isolation on the local router
  • That the mobile controller is on the same AP and Subnet as the Sonos devices.
  • That the mobile controller is not being blocked from seeing the Sonos HH due to security software on the mobile, such as VPN client, etc.

Thank you for the information. I got the application working. The AP subnet settings looked suspicious so I reset all of my Sonos equipment and the application.  Thanks again you rock!!
