Yesterday I saw an invitation (on the new app or somewhere - can’t remember where) but now I can’t see it.How can I register for this event? Maybe Sonos have locked it due to the furore. 

I just sold my Sonos playbase.i hidden it from my system but, the man who bought it says he cannot connect because it still owns to my system.what should i do to let him free using my Sonos? thanks marco

After nearly a week I still can't access my local library the app doesn't bring up that stuff I don't understand why you would release an app that's so incomplete I hate to go buy a car that didn't have a radio and was missing three tires and have the salesman say well at some point you'll get them

I want to connect my Tone Factory Vinyle player to my Sonos system (1 Roam, 1 Beam and 1 One SL). What should I do? If I buy the Sonos Port would it work?

Music keeps cutting in and out.  Internet speed is fine at 250 mbps.  Any ideas?  App is really sluggish. 

Does anyone know if the Crosley C100BT turntable is compatible with and able to connect to the Sonos Era 300 speakers?

Since the new app launch I only see my wife's playlists and cannot figure out how to switch to mine. Anybody able to point me in the right direction? The new app is a disaster but I feel like I'm just not seeing how to do this and this is probably my fault.

I have a ray and an amp.  The amp is hard wired to outdoor speakers.   Can i set up the am p and ray to play the same music but with separate volume control

I think this question has been asked before - probably multiple times - but a search of the subject line didn’t find anything. I did however check to make sure I haven’t asked the question before…Is there anything to be gained by linking two halves of a stereo pair together with a crossover ethernet cable?Ok, I’ve asked it, and it looks stupid now it’s written down, but… the thinking is that one half of a stereo pair almost certainly gets sent the whole stereo signal via wifi - it just throws one half away.And of course the other half of a stereo pair needs the same amount of wifi bandwidth to get the other half of the stereo signal - and it throws the other half away.But if the two are linked together, one can send the data to the other via the wired network, thus halving the wifi bandwidth used.Yeah, I know - sounds unlikely, but I had to ask!

You’ll have to excuse me, I’m not great with technology at all. I have a Sonos Ray connected to my TV and am waiting for my new Era 100 to arrive as I wanted some extra output for the sound. I’m thinking of getting rid of my existing CD player (I still love my CDs, as well as stream music) and wanted to know if there was a good, small CD player I could purchase that would play out of my Era speaker (I don’t know if I could/should attach Ray soundbar). I’ve looked for hours but all that I read is very technical and even more confusing. Just a simple set-up, I’m assuming it would be over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, I’d still like to play my CD collection, which is still expanding. TIA

I have two systems. One with a SUB, ARC and right/left ONEs. The other system has a SUB, BEAM and right/left ONEs.  I want to replace the BEAM with the ARC and the ARC with the BEAM.  I moved them into their new rooms but the ARC and BEAM are still identified with their previous rooms.  How do I change it in the software in the new S2 App   Thanks for your help.  

Does the Move 2 support charging through the USB-C port and if so what are the charging device requirements? 

i havent used my Play 5 for a coule of years.  Software updates are needed (not a surprise).  these seem to be taking longer than a permitted 30 minutes before the speaker resets with a message stating it took longer than. 30 mins to complete set-up since the device was connected.  how can I overcome this?

Ich habe in zwei Häuser eine Sonosanlge stehen. Bei der alten app musste ich mich nicht manuell abmelden und im zweiten haus mit dem anderen Konto anmelden, dies war immer gespeichert. Also je nach wlan am handy hat die app selbst gemerckt welcher user der richtig ist, jetzt muss ich abmelden und mit dem richten anmelden.

I have recently moved back to the UK from Spain.  I have tried to change the address on my Profile but the country box is greyed out.  So I can enter the street address but not the country.  This means I am denied access to UK content such as BBC Sounds.   How can I change the country?

I have a question, I know it shouldn't be asked but...FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC ONLYI intend to purchase the beam soundbar (Gen2) to obviously place under the TV. To the right and left of the TV, well spaced, I already have the ERA 300, which I listen to mainly for music. If I add the Beam2, again to listen to music, can it work? Am I losing something for Dolby Atmos?second questionFOR FILM WATCHING ONLYI don't have anything behind the sofa at the moment, I can't put the ERA 300! So if I see and hear the soundtrack of a film with this new configuration (ERA 300 left and right in front of me and the Beam2 under the TV) can it work? I have a Sonos beam and two Sonos ones. I’d like all three to be connected to the tv and play sounds from the tv simultaneously (ie not surround sound). I would also like to use the tv remote to control volume for all three speakers. Is this possible?If the above is accomplished, I would further like to be able to control the volume of each speaker. For example, I want Beam to have a lower volume than the Ones. So if the Beam is set at 2 for example and the Ones are set at 5, I’d like to be able to use the TV remove to increase volume in the same porportion, for example Beam increased to 4 and Ones increases to 7. Is this possible?Thanks in advance for any help on this.
