Hi

I have 2 x era100 both on ver 16.3.1. I am trying to set them up as a pair but i am just getting an error message to check my network connection.

I have rebooted my router, i have reset and added both Era’s into the sonos app but i am still not having any joy.

any pointers would be appreciated :)

Yes they are all on the same firmware. After several hours of playing around. I found that creating a new system and adding in the speakers worked. I then had to clear my other speakers and add them into the new system too.

By flipping systems that broke the Amazon integration so had to go and redeploy that too

thanks for the assist fellas

Can you try plugging one of them into the router by Ethernet and try again?

Hi Rhonny

unless i am missing something, the era100 does not have an ethernet port? i can only see a UBC-C

Ha, probably not. I don’t have an Era300 but thought all Sonos products had Ethernet capability. Clearly not. People must have been using the USB to Ethernet adaptor previously…

Does each speaker work perfectly fine individually? ie can you play music without issue through them while not stereo paired?

yes, both work on wireless without any issue, just pairing them seems to be the problem

Make sure both are running the exact same firmware versions.
