I can’t add songs to the end of the queue anymore (since the update).I’m not sure what is happening, but the very basic “add to queue” functionality no longer appears. Is this intentional? If so, FIX IT IMMEDIATELY!What is wrong with you? Try beta testing things before release them, because this app is total s*** now.

Will my play 5 pair with a new 5 for stereo please

I’ve had one SONOS Amp running two 8 ohm speakers for years with no issue.I just purchased a second Amp so I could run another pair of 8 ohm speakers to a different area of my back yard. I connected everything today, and the new amp will play for about 10 seconds then I will hear a loud pop. The amp then flashed white and either orange or red (hard for me to tell the difference).I tried connecting my old Amp to the new speakers and it works fine. I connected the new Amp to the existing speakers and had the same pop.I’ve tried different variations between the different sets of speakers and the new Amp keeps popping.What else can I check? Is this new Amp bad?Thanks -Ron

HiI have a t/table and CD that I would like to be able to incorporate into my home Sonos system but still use my passive speakers (ProAc).i think this means i need a PortMy question regards connectivity to my Amp - the Rega Elicit R (10 yrs old) which has a pre-amp out socketShould i connect into the Port from the pre-amp out and then back into the amp through the tape input or just use the tape in and out and turn on the record monitor ? thanks for any thoughts

How do I fix it?  I have an iphone with the new app, and when I update my sonos desktop software, music library is gone. Never I buy again sonos each time is complicated

Brand new Sonos Amp newly configured and setup to play Spotify playlist at 11:00 AM CST, but it starts playing Bob Marley at 6:00 AM CST. I don’t know how it is doing that as I have never setup an alarm to start music at 6:00 AM, ever!

Since this latest update my system is terrible, will not connect to speakers then drops each speaker off and on whilst music is playing, true play and the EQ constantly resets itself and I contact Sonos support and just get an automated response email. Sonos I feel are at the forefront of music technology but they are miles behind on customer service. Staring to feel I wish I had never brought any Sonos kit. Does anyone else have the same issue or knows of a fix. 

Somehow the option to control the volume of the surround speakers in the system has disappeared in the current app. Is that just me?

Config: ARC and ERA 300 both part of a named group.Switching from TV to Music is easy enough and works flawlessly. Reverting back to TV is not so easy.On the home screen I select TV as a source and the ARC speaker does switch to the TV input but the ERA300 keeps playing the music. The only way I could find to get TV to play on the ERA300 is to go to the home screen, select the system name, press the TV audio play control and select the speakers and reselect the ERA300 click apply and it switches.Can’t understand why switching from TV to Music is a single click, but reverting back to TV requires a lot of clocks to accomplish what should be a simple task. IS there an easier way to revert back to both speakers playing TV as a source.

I am well aware of the issues with trueplay tuning after the new update. I have a beam + 2 era300 and I am wondering if anyone from you got the same error message at the end of the first stage like me saying: “an error occurred and we couldnt tune Room. Please try again”…. I feel that all of you have other but common issues with trueplay and maybe my problem is of another nature…anyone with such message after the new update of the app?

Hi all. Any views on why, everytime I open the App, it takes up to 15 mins for Sonos to list “My Sources” in the App? Actually I’m not sure how long or when it appears but eventually it does.   My Sources being my NAS/Library.  Meantime it is playing FLAC files from the NAS. Ie. The ones previously in the queue.  I cannot add others.   & can you make “My Sources” the top, main and only option? I’m seriously on edge of flipping back to Blusound equiv and selling the Port. After all, it’s only ‘remote balance control’ that’s keeping it in place but I think I’ve had enough of the hassle. June update was supposed to fix this NAS access nonsense.  

Now that the ‘Play in another room’ option has been taken away by Sonos on this hideous app, does anyone know how to play an alternative playlist on another device? I have done it once but can’t for the life of me do it agsin!Anyone know the process?? Thank folks!!

Hi , I have a Sonos ONE and i have the opportunity to buy the Era 100 at a good price.But i wanna know if it’s good to paired One and Era 100 for the surround. Thanks

So the ZP-80 sounds clean and if it comes on can play well for an hour or after few minutes will drop out for half a second every few seconds way about 10 times and then go silent.  Might stay silent for a very long time and randomly jolt in a few seconds and then gone again.  Sometimes it fades away quickly but less often.  Rapid wiggling of the App volume can sometimes make it start to work whilst the volume is being agitated but stops and indeed fades away as soon as you stop doing that.Loud gain doesn’t improve anything or jar it into working and it doesn’t behave like dry joints.  I have read through forum topics and have done a hard reset on the ZP-80.  Turned off the router and all devices and then turned the router on first and the Sonos’ afterwards.  Have altered MAC addresses and DNS of nearby Xbox.  Not getting anywhere.  A 2nd ZP-80 plays mostly fine. 4 other Sonos devices are solid.  ZP-80 was 1m away from the router through a wall.  Moved it 3m away to try proximity issue

If I link my turntable to one era 100, will it play through all my system?

The new app has just been downloaded to my IPad. I notice that the equalizer has been removed or is hidden somewhere. I use the equalizer quite often, so this is not an improvement.Can anyone confirm that the equalizer is fone, or if not, maybe explain where I can find it.Thatks

Please excuse the question but I’m new to Sonos and currently quite disappointed with what I’m sure is a great sound system and would really appreciate some help.I recently set up an Arc, Sub (gen 3), and a pair of Era 300s but when I sat down to enjoy the immersive experience of surround sound, I was badly disappointed. The two rears and the Sub made no contribution at all and I was left with sound only coming from the Arc.Everything works fine with films and the andverts are great but sport is a total fail. Is this normal or is there a setting I’ve missed that enables the rears to kick in with things like crowd noise?I really want to enjoy my sport so would welcome any advise.Thanks

There used to be a way on the old app where you could adjust group volume but dragging overall volume to zero, lifting finger, and then increasing the volume. All speakers would then have synced to the same volume. The new app seems to have lost this feature - is there another way of doing it I haven’t found?

In the new app when attempting to play one of my custom made playlists using Deezer, the music refuses to play. If trying to shuffle the playlist the play symbol will just show the spinning loading wheel.If attempting to play an individual song within the playlist it just says ‘something went wrong’. It also shows this ‘something went wrong’ error when trying to enter the Deezer service within the Sonos app. Using the old app on my tablet it has a similar issue, saying ‘cannot add song to queue - 701’. Have added a screenshot below of the error message.You can find artists within Deezer using the Sonos search bar. It will allow you to play artist mixes, but if you try to find artist top tracks, it will show the same ‘something went wrong’ message.I have already tried deleting Deezer and re-adding the service, and have rebooted my router and reset all my speakers by unplugging and re-plugging in. This is a major issue as my Deezer playlists constitute most of my listening on the Sonos s

Hi have two Sonos Connect units attached to two different hi-  fi systems.i would like to buy a Sonos Era100 to connect to my Samsung tv as well as stream music from my hi- fi system .i understand that Sonos S1 is not compatible with Sonos S1 app. Is there a workaround or do I have buy more Sonos stuff ?

Hi everyone,I'm based in the UK and had Google Assistant running smoothly on my Sonos One until last week. I decided to switch to Alexa temporarily and update the Sonos app. However, I couldn't get Alexa to work satisfactorily, so I tried to revert back to Google Assistant. Since then, I've been unable to re-enable Google Assistant. Despite several attempts at resetting the app, rebooting the device, and trying again, I keep encountering the error message: "Google Assistant is not available in your country."This is puzzling because Google Assistant was working fine before, and according to the Sonos support page https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/google-assistant-availability-on-sonos), it is available in the UK. It feels like Sonos is blocking me from using either Google Assistant or Alexa now. I’m concerned that this might be an issue to push for upgrades, which I’m not willing to do after this experience. Has anyone else faced this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it? Any hel

Even after the recent app fiasco, my TV Autoplay settings were still functioning correctly. After a forced update via the Windows desktop controller this morning it is no longer working.It seems that whether the switch in settings is set to ON or OFF, my living room speakers are now cutting off music and switching to SPDIF when there is a signal from the TV. (i.e Autoplay is always on no matter what I do to the settings.)I already can’t listen to the music that I own at all, and now I can’t even listen to music via a service in my main room while the TV is on.
