Who else has noticed the loss of the A-Z column on the right when browsing music library songs, albums, etc? I have thousands of songs stored on a Synology NAS and now the new app simply shows them alphabetically with no easy way to jump to any beginning with “N” for example? Finally where have our Playlists gone! All I can see are my Apple Music ones but not the ones I created from my music library   I am very disappointed with the new app and have complained to Patrick their CEO twice now

Hi,This has not previously been an issue for me but since i switched phone (OnePlus 7 on Android 11 to OnePlus 11 on Android 13) a week ago i have had issues with my Sonos speakers not appearing in my Spotify app.I can usually fix the issue by reauthorizing my Spotify app in Sonos S2 but this is quite irritating to have to do on a daily basis.Ive tried most things i can think of. Reconnecting my speakers, power cycles, uninstall and reinstall app...nothing seems to give me a permanent fix.No network changes has been performed.Pls help! Edit.I just pulled out my old OnePlus 7t on Android 12. It had been reset to stock, so loggede into Google account and installed the Spotify app. Straight away all my Sonos speakers appeared in the app. So my best guess is that the issue is isolated to my new phone with Android 13, OnePlus 11. Anyone with similar experience? Moderator edit: combined posts

Hi, I have a Sonos Play:1, a Sonos One and a Sonos Move. I have them all set up and can play to each room however I'm unable to join them so that the music plays throughout the house. Whenever I try any combination of them I can the following error: Unable to connect. Try again later  Any ideas?

How can I reset my Sonos connect?

I got a prompt today on my SONOS app saying that an upcoming version of the App would remove support for some kind of local files.  Unfortunately I neglected to save a screenshot.  Does anybody know what this is about?

Does sonos voice pout?  I feel like it is a petulant brat.  As long as it is able to comply with my command, it remains eager to serve.  As soon as it cannot, it just ignores me.  These are not complex demands.  They are things like “Hey sonos, play Jazz.” I know it is still listening because I can see the little green light winking on the speaker (Beam).  After it pouts for awhile, sometimes overnight, it will cheerfully begin responding to my requests again.  Restarting the app and even deleting and reloading voice does not solve the problem.

Hello all, I brought my move on vacation with me but not able to connect it to wifi. I tried with my account at  first and then tried making a new Sonos account but no good, since it will not connect to wifi the Bluetooth does not work either, any way to make it work? The hotel has open wifi so no password required.

Can you create a stereo pair with Play 1 and One SL?

I have an existing Sonos setup with about a dozen devices. I’m trying to set up a second Sonos system in a different home. For convenience, I’m using the same SSID in both homes. Will that cause an issue, like preventing the devices from being properly assigned to one home vs. the other? Or should it be totally fine? I can definitely rename the SSID in the second home if necessary, but I would prefer not to if it’s not an issue.

Ive just installed a new Sonos Amp. Ive used the Sonos App on IOS to install it and all works ok. Then the app trys to register the amp on my Sonos account and I get an error saying cant connect try later. I have checked my Sonos account and logged in and updated my address and password all seems ok. Any ideas please. I have a new set of Era 100s that are replacing a set of Play:1s.I was unable to add them to my system with the new iPhone app (80.0.04) and several factory resets, but was able to add 1 of them using the new android app (also 80.0.04). I then saw there was an update to the iPhone app, updated to 80.0.08 and was able to add the second speaker.  So, now that my speakers are finally added to my system, I’m unable to group them into a stereo pair.The iPhone app says that there was a problem grouping them. The android app says they were successfully grouped, but never groups them.I’ve tried having them in separate “rooms,” the same “room,” made sure all the settings were the same (voice, status light, etc), but nothing is working.Both are connected to WiFi. Any tips? I’m really losing patience with this new app.

Diagnostics ********I have done the complete flow for adding this lamp multiple times, ending with it connected to Ethernet and typing the PIN code from the bottom of the device. It consistently fails to add. It looks like I have the same problem with a symfonisk picture frame but I haven't tried everything with that yet. The rest of my system, including two other symfonisk products and 3 mainline sonos devices seems to be working fine.I'm hoping sonos support can see this and do or suggest something.Moderator edit: diagnostics recorded and removed as identifying information

I am trying to reconnect my Sonos and now it wants an eight digit code which is not on the bottom of my amplifier. What do I do?

During the setup, after selecting the room the linking to account keeps failing.I hear the audible PIN and press the button in the back, but it still keeps failing.I have tried all the usual drill steps of restarting phone, router, hard reset the Sonos one, removing and reinstalling app, using another phone and such. I have also connected it directly to router via ethernet. Still no luck. I have 5 other sonos products (including one gen2) that are on my wifi network and working fine which makes me think that the wifi network itself is not an issue and I set one other device up as recently as 5 days ago.

Our OneSL will not reconnect following a short power outage last week - we have reset factory settings multiple times and also used the Ethernet cable from the router. We can see that the speaker is connected to the wi-fi network however the speaker is not recognised in the Sonos app. The app then sends us back around the same loop again to reset and re-connect the device. We have update the App, tried 3 different phones and also tried on a new account. Our speaker is only 5 months old and we’ve never experienced this issue before - any suggestions on alternative approach 

Is anyone having an issue unlinking the Sonos integration from the Lutron App.  I made many attempts to unlink the integration by clicking “Disconnect Sonos” and after it completes disconnecting - it really doesn’t disconnect.  Please help.

Hi, hopefully a very simple question.In the app there are numerous toggle switches to select or deselect desired options. They are either black with a white dot, or white with a black dot. However, it is not clear which toggle is used to select an option. For example does black with a white dot signify something has been selected or is  this the other way round?? Many thanks.  

I have a beam gen 2 and I tried to use true play but it’s not tuning on my iphone15 pro.  Any idea if it’s a phone issue or a software issue? 

I’m trying to setup my new Sonos arc (first Sonos product) but I can’t connect it. I don’t have wifi as I just use my data for everything. Do I have to have wifi to use this speaker?

Connect:Amp periodically drops out, BUT, because I can hear the same program playing through a Connect in another room, which is connected to the Connect:Amp through the SONOS network, I know there is nothing wrong with the internet connection. The Connect:Amp is connected to the router via an ethernet cable. My wired ethernet connection runs at 700+ Mb/s consistently.
