I bought this OneSL one year ago and it always worked well. But suddenly there is this crackling and static noise. I tried to reset it, plug it somewhere else, but the noise is still there.

what can I do?

Give Sonos support a call and submit a diagnostics to them. It may be a hardware issue that they can diagnose from their end. You may need to replace the speaker, but they will decide how to go about it once you contact them.
