Cześć. Na początku wspomnę, że nie znam się na tym,ale według mnie albo ja robię coś źle albo mój nowy głośnik jest do wymiany. Mam Sonos soundbar BEAM Gen 2, a wczoraj zakupiłam 2x głośnik Era 300. Postawiłam je na stojakach za kanapą.Kiedy siedzę na środku kanapy to prawy głośnik gra ciszej  ( dwa głośniki ustawione na tym samym poziomie głośności). Ponawiam się ustawieniami ,ale nic to nie dało....Pomyślałam,że powodem może być to , że prawy głośnik stoi blisko rogu ścian, dlatego wymieniłam prawy głośnik na lewy, a lewy na prawy i okazuje się,że po zamianie prawy głośnik gra głośniej niż lewy. I’ve had a Beam Gen 2 for a while now, which is connected to my Network by Ethernet on Router 1 and haven’t had any problems.The problem started when I bought a second Beam Gen 2 and tried to connect that to my network via Ethernet to Router 2.  As soon as I connect the Ethernet cable, the network becomes unstable, devices keep dropping out and everything has really slow Internet connection.  I thought it was the new router (Router 2) that I had bought, but the Asus tech support said it was a device on my network creating a loop.  Sure enough, as soon as I unplug the second speaker, the loop stops and everything starts working again.I have successfully set the system up with the second speaker connected through wi-fi and I have no issues.  I want to set the second speaker up via Ethernet so it doesn’t hog the wi-fi bandwidth for my other devices when streaming.Another weird thing, is when the second speaker is connected through wi-fi, when I look at the connection to it on my Network G

Hello wonderful community!I’m having some small event in my garden and plan to play some music for my guests on my five pair and sub gen 3.They will be under the roof of a small kiosk/pavilion so I will not worry about raining on them.My question is does the sub make a difference outside?Thank you, PS: a little annoyed about the latest forced update, but in the end all went well. 

I'm having trouble adding dash radio to my account. Dash radio is now called litt live and when the app sends me to the authorization page it links to the old dash radio URL which is no longer operational. Sonos and litt live both say they are compatible. Any solutions for this problem? 

Why has the app stopped showing the currently playing artist name and song title in Library?

Is anyone else having an issue yesterday and today? For both my wife and I when we load up the Sonos app on our iPhones (15 pro), the app is extraordinarily slow to show any recent listening history, and if you go to the gear tab, system is greyed out. I tried to attach a screenshot, but it didn’t work for some reason.Then I try to play something from Apple Music, and it just… doesn’t play. We have an Arc + 2 Era 300s and a Sub in one room, another room with a Move 1, and two other rooms with One SLs.So, what does work? I can use the Sonos app on my Windows computer and it works just fine (so far as I can tell) as all speakers can play in sync. I can also ask one of the speakers to do smarthome stuff with Alexa, and that works (lights on/off, etc.) but when I ask it to play music, it says the name of the song I asked for.. but doesn’t play it. Audio out of HDMI on the TV also works.I’ve rebooted my router, restarted both phones… and nothing.Grateful for any suggestions. 

So good for trying and make the app better…but what happened to adding to the cue… what happened to play next?How is “replace the queue” a useful feature when before you could edit the queue way more.  why take away perfectly good and useful features?not gonna lie this constant updating to make things worse than before is very annoying.  Please.

Hello, I have a problem that started a few weeks ago, and I can’t figure it out. After many years of happy Sonos multi-room usage, our system now randomly and regularly auto-groups rooms together. Not only that after auto-grouping, it will often auto-start playing music in the grouped rooms. I.e. I will turn off music in room A, and an hour later will find that rooms A and D are now grouped and music is playing in both.Anyone else seen this? It recently started and we haven’t seen it in the 10+ years of using these Sonos devices. Thanks!

Why does it feel like it takes 5 more taps in the new app to change which speaker it uses? Am I using the new interface wrong? I can't just pick a single speaker from the list of available ones anymore. I have to check it then uncheck the other one that was previously selected. Is there a better way to go about picking a single speaker in the new interface?

Sonos app was on my computer yesterday but today when I tried to open it, it continually asked me to update and responds that I don’t need an update.  I thought maybe I needed to uninstall and reinstall but there is not an app for Sonos in the Apple App Store!.  They continue to show the Sonos app for iphone or ipad.  It has not operated correctly since the recent update but I can’t go back to the older version.  Is there any solution to this new issue?

Hello all,Just did the update to the newest Sonos app. Disney Plus now has no Atmos. It has worked previously and Netflix is still showing Atmos working fine. Everything else on the Hisense has stayed the same.Any thoughts?

I have a long history of constant radio drop-outs and numerous conversations with Sonos technicians to try and resolve the issues. They usually come up with the same monotonous fixes which involve switching all the Sonos items on and off, unplugging the router, and/ or changing router settings, changing all range of network channels.Also overtime other equipment has been alleged to be interfering with Sonos ie the Virgin Hub4 (which is now in modem mode and operated through a TP Link router), and the BBC Sounds app, which we have stopped using for the time being. The latest item that is suggested to be interfering with the Sonos system is our Devolo powerline.Just to add interest the Sonos Roam has stopped connecting with the system, although according to the Sonos App it is playing properly. Reading about similar issues and the lack of solutions, it seems that Sonos is just no longer fit for purpose. My system is:Room 1 Home cinema system consisting of Playbar, two x Play 3 and Sub-mi

Can someone explain to me a use case where you would wear headphones but have other music/video on at the same time for you to consume and what the actual benefit would be. Please do it like I am 5 years old. 

Newb here, so this might be a dumb question. If I buy a heavily used Sonos Amp, will it sound just as good as a brand-new Sonos Amp? Another words, does the Amp wear out over time in terms of the sound quality it provides?
