For past few weeks service has Sucked???  Long time user. Home and 3 restaurants yet lately it just stops playing. System says it is but nothing. Won’t let you group or ungroup just wont work. Every half hour we are restarting the devices. They aren’t even a year old?  Very sad!!!

What did Sonos Support say, when you called in to discuss it?

Have you tried calling in? If you had you wouldn’t be so flippant. 


I have, after waiting a bit, I got the help I needed from Sonos Support, rather than asking this community. It was not a flippant response, despite your protestrations, but a serious question.
