Removing and renaming speakers

So I factory reset a pair of Gen 1 Play 1's and a Playbase to give to my daughter.  That appears to have worked but I am left with the speakers still showing in my system as disconnected.  Why is there no way for me to remove those completely.  Very annoying.  Further, I am trying to rename a pair of Play Ones to replace the ones I am giving away.  I have tried renaming them several times, they are unpaired, and it keeps reverting back to the old name.  Is this another bug in the App?

The easiest path is to wait a few days and they’ll disappear. Force closing and re-opening might speed things. Another path is resetting the controller.
