My speakers have been offline since I switched my internet connection. However the app won’t allow me to update the information for the new connection. The button to do so is basically frozen. It won’t work or allow me access to that menu. Anyone else having this issue? I have erased and re-downloaded the app, updated it, everything has been done!

Have you wired a single Sonos device to your router, and waited five minutes before testing, so the controller can communicate with your Sonos devices?
I did not have to end up doing that. I hard reset all my speakers and they were all recognized. Now the problem is that the TV will not recognize the ARC hdmi connection to the Beam speaker. This is so frustrating. Has all this confusion via the app been because of the recent update?
