turntable,sonos-amp,sonos play5

Two play 5’s setup as stereo,keeps falling out when playing thru turntable via pre-amp thats cabled to sonos Amp. at the same time, sonos app S2 is saying the wifi-connection is very good? any suggestions. The play5’s is in the next room 7mtr away, and never had this happening

Under the Line-In settings for the Amp, try setting the Audio Delay setting to Max.

Where does it say in the Sonos app anything about the quality of the connection?
