The Sonos S2 app won’t connect with Audible’s new Plus titles. The Sonos app still connects with and plays purchased titles. I regret changing from the Sonos app to S1 then S2 and should have left the Sonos app unchanged. Sonos support not available at this writing. Anyone else notice this issue? Thank you.

Until recently I have been able to playback recent BBC shows but this now seems no longer possible unless I airplay onto new Sonos kit.  Until recently it was feasible to search for the show and pick the recent episodes.  Any idea why and is there a workaround?

Been having issues with Primephonic browsing in the Sonos app - getting an ‘unable to browse’ message every time I attempt to access New Releases.  Happens across multiple platforms (PC, mobile app, etc.) and only with Primephonic.  Rebooted and rebuilt my system from the ground up already.  Any suggestions?

Ever since the new Sonos app came out earlier this year, every day that I open it, my Apple Music service account has been removed, so every day, I have to add it back to my Sonos account. Why is this happening and is there a way to make it stop so it stays linked to my Apple Music account permanently?

I made a new Spotify playlist and it wont show up in the Sonos app. I have tried reauthorizing, updating music libraries, and restarting all the services. Seems to be a common issue online, but still any help is appreciated.

Playing Spotify playlist/Sonos speaker from my husband’s PC.  When I want to stop the music I close Sonos.  Most of the time this stops the music.  BUT NOT ALWAYS.  The music keeps playing so I go to Task Manager, but don’t see anything resembling an active Sonos app.  So I restart the computer.  Music keeps playing through restart.  I do a hard reboot and the music continues.  At that point I unplug the speaker to stop the music.  Can anyone tell me why the music keeps playing even if all devices in the house are shut down?

Hi,I have set up a shared music folder on a PC and would like to connect it to my Sonos system. I have verified I can access the shared folder by accessing the PC (Windows 10) through a connection with my Mac (OS Catalina), using Go>Connect to Server and entering the user/password. Also worth noting I have tried to follow all the online thread advice about setting up the Defender firewall and permissions correctly, at least to the best of my ability. Despite all this, even though I can see the shared folder contents when I access through my Mac, when I try to set it up on Sonos app on my iPhone through System>Music Library>Add Shared Music Folder, it says my PC “is not responding”. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I have my music on a WD MyCloudES2Ultra NAS and have used that as my Sonos Music Library for several years. Suddenly, I can no longer access this music. I ultimately deleted the source and attempted to re-connect it but to no avail. I have tried using the IP address, using the mapped address and with the device name\share, all without success. I get the error message “Sonos was unable to add the music folder” plus following info. I am 100% sure I have the correct network addresses and username/password and I use the NAS daily for other purposes, including music to my JRiver Media Center. I am running Windows 10, fully up to date, Sonos S2 fully up to date (12.2.2) and works fine except for the Music Library function. The NAS firmware is also fully up to date. The NAS is connected to my router via ethernet and has a static IP. All work fine except for the Sonos/NAS connection. Hello, following the subject here closed : I would like to add my experience has I found one specific reason to that. I had the exact same problem using a playlist on Spotify. I tried everything related to a network or device issue as described on the original article, but none solved the problem.Googling to know wether other people had this problem, I found one which led me to the solution : it was a playlist size issue. Indeed I noticed I didn’t have the problem listening to music on Apple Music service. Actually the playlist I was listening to had 4652 titles for a total duration of near 250 hours !Too much it seems for the Sonos app.It would be interesting to know how much titles the app can handle on a single playlist.Want to reproduce the problem ? Missing Spotify albums on Sonos. For example, Spotify album Guy by Steve Earle does not show up browsing albums by Steve Earle or searching for Guy in Albums. I have had this problem with other artists, albums, songs which are available on Spotify, but don’t show up on Sonos. Yes, I can play them straight from Spotify on my Sonos speakers. But everytime I can’t find an album on Sonos I shouldn’t have to go doublecheck via Spotify. Thanks–

Hi, I am using Sonos OS S1. I recently took a free 3 month Amazon Music Unlimited subscription, however it does not appear as an option in my Sonos Amazon Music menu. I do see the following under the Amazon Music option:PlaylistsStationsChartsRecommendedNewMy MusicI have removed and re-added Amazon Music as a service in Sonos multiple times and re-authorised Sonos to use my Amazon account multiple times. I have also re-stalled the Sonos S1 software a couple of times, all to no avail. I am located in England and my profile settings reflect this. Can anyone help please? Luckily I am at the free stage of the subscription at the moment, however it is of little use if I cannot play the music through my Sonos speakers.Thanks for you help.

I’ve been running my playlists imported from itunes, and the system has suddenly decided there is no room to update my library or even retain the playlists it had last week.  I’m using a connect:amp with sub and two play:1 speakers.Error log:“Saturday, December 26, 2020 - 12:01 PM AlaskaThere is not enough room to import all playlists. Please delete some playlists and update the music index.Saturday, December 26, 2020 - 12:02 PM AlaskaThere is not enough room to update your music library. Please remove unused queues or saved playlists and try again.” I have fewer than 10,000 songs in my entire library, and maybe 30 playlists of 10-50 songs each.  From everything I’ve read, this should be well within Sonos’ capabilities.  Sonos tech support is carefully crafted to prevent me from actually asking for help.  Any ideas?

Seems like since I’ve upgraded to the s2 app controller my radio stations are no longer playing get meaaseage of not available or codec is incorrect. Any one have suggestions?

Hi, I'm sorry to bother community but there is no way to get direct feedback from Sonos on a given issue.I'm using Spotify and it never works on Sonos system more than few hours (or days when I'm lucky). I have 1 beam + surround play:1, 1 Play:3, 2 Play:1. My router is an Asus rt-ac68u with PPPOE connection from ISP (down 300M, up 50M). All Sonos products have been set with fixed IP on the Asus. Asus WiFi channel is 3 while I've tried all channels on Sonos (1,6,11. Currently it's 6). The Beam is wired with a brand new Cat7 cable. On the Asus I can connect to Spotify through my OnePlus (WiFi) or my Windows 10 (wired, cat7 cable) without any lag or issue. Every time I want to use Spotify I have either “Spotify lost connection" or “cannot connect to Spotify" or “buffer is insufficient", in short it's never working smoothly . I already tried most of the given solutions given, I can't believe that it is not working while my connection is v

I'd like to save Dash Radio stations to My Sonos stations list. Those options are greyed out. Help?

Playlists in my YouTube Music account have disappeared from the SONOS app on desktop and iPhone.I imported my Google Play Music library a few months back and it’s been working fine. In the last few days any Imported lists are no longer showing in the library IN THE SONOS APPS (desktop and iPhone S1). Any manually created lists are still there.When viewing the the You Music library via the YOU TUBE MUSIC APP, they are still there.This applies to three separate accounts.There some recent bug that has wiped or is not recognizing these playlists?

The system was set up and working. Last night I started getting an error message when I tried to launch Spotify from Sonos “unable to add songs to queue”. First I removed the Spotify app from Sonos, and tried to re-add it. And got the error message “unable to add Spotify account”.  Then I deleted both apps and their passwords and reinstalled them. And still I get the error message “unable to add Spotify account”.  Now I’m completely frustrated. Help please!

We have noticed recently that when starting playlists from Apple Music the songs start but don’t come through all the speakers right away. Sometimes it is almost a minute before all of the speakers get full sound. Anyone else have this issue? I can’t find anything on the community or SONOS help that might be a fix. Pandora, SONOS stations, Amazon Music and Radio by TuneIn all work right away so I know it’s not my internet or connections at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have a house full of SONOS speakers and we absolutely love our sound system we’ve “built” - a speaker in every room except our laundry room. :) Thanks in advance!

Hi all,   I noticed that Apple Music playlists could not be found through the iOS app search. Artists, albums and all other search categories work fine. The playlist search worked well a week or so ago.    Have you faced the same issue? Any tips?   Cheers, K

Anyone else having problems accessing a Playlist with over 300 songs? Is this a Sonos or Amazon issue?

Dear Sonos-Team, I am in transitioning from Google Play Music (GPM) to YT Music, since GPM will be discontinued, soon. Since you support YT Music for quite a while I’d like to know if there are plans to put the implementation on par with the GPM implementation? In general it works OK, but since the music suggestion algorithm relies on the song like (thumb up) functionality, it would be great to have this feature for YT Music. Hi,I’m getting constant stability issues of late when streaming from Plex. Connectivity to Plex server  is lost and music stops. When I retry it will throw the same error for a few minutes then come good. My WIFI and network are relatively idle apart from streaming music at that time. Use case is streaming to Play3 and Play1 simultaneously.. Seems to stream ok from the native Plex app when I cast so will try using that method to see if its more stable. Very frustrating. Diagnostic is 331079758  

Hi All, Just tried to listen to the Radio prompted with an update, updated and now I get “there was a problem connecting to Sonos Radio” when I try and browse Sonos radio stations. The controller is S1 - 11.2.4 (57483220) and the Play 3’s I’m using are the same version.Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this? It was all working fine yesterday.
