I have a problem I went on vacation in Mexico the house we stayed at had a Sono system I connected to it. Now at home in the USA I bought a Sonos Arc and I cannot login into my account to make changes it shows what must be the email to the Sonos account in Mexico what to do. 

I have some newer Sonos speakers (One, Play:5, Arc) and they will play the stations. They all work fine with Spotify and Amazon and indeed normal music from Apple Music. But if I play an episode from Matt Wilkinson for instance the Play:1 units will not make any sound. If I hit the play on the unit it starts / stops music everywhere, and the volume buttons make changes in my iOS app. But no sound. Not sure what to do.

Hi, my Android app, no long shows Spotify and Souncloud, when I do a search  and select artist. Shows my library, but they have disappeared.  Rebooted everything, reinstalled Spotify (just incase) will show artist name in songs only. Only if the have a best of And help please.Michael

I believe I discovered a bug in the Sonos S2 app that showed up after the 15.2 update.  Now when I go to Sound, EQ, and adjust Bass and Treble by grabbing the Dot on the sliders, both Bass and Treble move together where they should be independent of each other.  Fortunately you can use the plus and minus signs and the sliders still work correctly.  I’ve redownloaded, reset the app, updated my iphone 12 to 16.4 but it didn’t fix the issue.  I called Sonos so hopefully it will be fixed with the next update.  Anyone else have this issue?

Never a quiet day with sonos.Now, my system of 12 speakers skips every 2nd song after playing it for 5-6 seconds.Any idea what should I do ?

Over the past month or so I am finding that playlist tracks skip prematurely to the next track when using the Spotify service with cross fade enabled. Tracks pay in full when cross fade is switched off.

I bought the Sonos Amp just over a month ago, my first ever Sonos product, to push a few passive outdoor pool speakers (the unit itself sits on a table inside the house) but its unfortunately unusable and I’m very close to throwing it into the pool. The reason is because I constantly receive a playback error of ‘Unable to play - the song is not encoded correctly' when trying to enjoy music. Here are some notes on the problem:Use YouTube Music for streaming service, haven’t tried another one yet The Sonos app is quite sluggish when choosing or cycling through music tracks, both on MacOS and Android (long time between switching tracks, forward, backward, etc.) The only time it doesn’t skip tracks with this error is when I’m not actively doing anything in the app itself, at one point it went for hours even There’s nothing wrong w/ my home network, however in researching this problem I realized the Sonos Amp only supports 2.4Ghz (not 5GHz) which is a surprise given how noisy and interferen

My Spotify doesn't show in the Sonos app.I can play from the Spotify app but when I go through Sonos it says “the associated Spotify account was not found in your Sonos system.”Have had no issues prior and have reauthorized Spotify to Sonos, reinstalled both apps and still get the same message.

I just don’t get it.If I want to play something on multiple speakers I simply select what other Sonus devices I want, when I’m playing something.  For the TV, I have to add my Sonus roam SL every time manually, so I thought, I know, I will create a group with my Arc, left and right speakers and sub woofer plus the Sonus SL, which is easy to do.  Now I have no idea how to actually use that group, as I still have to add the SL every time I turn on my TV.  Also, the volume control on my TV remote only changes the volume on the main set with the Arc, the SL stays at whatever volume was set in the Sonus app, which is a bit tedious.What am I missing here?I use Google assistant and also Sonus voice control.  I also have a 300 in the master bathroom with a beam in the bedroom next door, so I created a group, but there is no way to use it that I can find.I must be missing the something here, can anybody explain. 

You pay so much money that at the end you loose one of the only interesting item of the app… so expensive and big deception

In the past week sonos has stopped playing AAC files from my Apple Music library anyone know why? This is happening at both houses so I know it isn’t a router issue. That said, I have restarted both routers to no avail. because they always they always start you off with the old did you restart ….

I’ve been a huge Sonos user for maaaany years.  I have one feature that I really think would improve the user experience inside the Sonos S2 app.  Please make it possible to sort Spotify playlists as your want; for example by ‘last added’ 😃  Am I the only one needing this?  I know I am able to use AirPlay, but the connection is not that stabil as directly through the app.  Tobias,Denmark

Using a different method to store / play my CD collection. How do I remove my PORT.I see no remove option although it's not connected, and I get a warning of this.

This has been another major issue for us with little to no official remedy from Sonos.Homekit requires this back end update for certain accessories and is in current IOS (non-beta) software. Sonos’ only suggestion is resetting all speakers and re-adding (major timesink) which we’ve done twice, only to have the issue return. Any help from the team or ETA on a fix?

F****** app icon is constantly jumping up and down on my Mac. It takes like three separate interruptions just to get the f***er to install the update. both soundcloud and search function of spotify brokeni can see soundcloud is listed as partial outage ………. i’d say full outage as cant browse or play anything. Also any searches done, dont include spotify in results, which is two major sources of music. please fix ASAP please

I have a music library on a laptop that plays through Sonos.  Every track that I play from the music library has a 10 second dropout around 80 - 90% into each track but only in one room. On my Sonos system, out of the blue I saw that my SoundCloud wasn’t connecting and Sonos was asking me to re-authorize it, which I’d never seen before. Once I tried to, I kept receiving an error 500 message and Sonos wouldn’t allow me to connect.

I have dropped my Pandora subscription and would like to delete Pandora from my Sonos 1.  Any suggestions on how to delete that station?  TIA

Trying to play music from Plex to my sonos. Some albums play, no problem. Some albums i get the following error message. - “Unable to play ‘song title’ - the connection to Plex was lost”Things I have tried-Checked Sonos app for updates Checked Plex for updates. Restart plex. Restart phone Re-authorize Plex account Delete and reinstall plex service. Stop and re-start plex server i have the same problem if I use the app on my phone or my computer. I am able to play these songs through “Plexamp” - which makes me think it is a Sonos problem?My server is hosted on a Synology 920+  

My Sonos apps (Mac OS, iOS) stopped connecting to Spotify sometime this afternoon (CET). Is this a systemwide outage? I can play Spotify directly from my computer and devices, the problem seems to be in the connection between Sonos and the Spotify service.

Hello. I have an existing Sonos system and a new PC.  Play One x 2 , Play 3 X 1 , Play 5 X 1, Soundbar and a Bridge. I’m not keeping the old PC . When I download S1 it asks if I’m connecting to an existing or a new system. I’m guessing I select existing as the devices will all be registered with Sonos ? Computer is new and the old computer will not be on the network in the final system. Router remains the same.

Is it working for you ? 

I recently upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S8 to a Google Pixel 7.  On my S8, I was able--by default--to increase the volume of my Sonos smart speakers from the lock screen and unlocked anywhere on my phone.  This was my preference.  Now, on my Pixel, I can only increase the volume of my speakers when I’m in the Spotify or Sonos apps.  Does anyone know how to increase the volume of my speakers instead of my phone’s volume no matter what screen I’m on, locked or otherwise?  Thanks!
