Connect Amp OS2. Sound cuts out. Hard reset ( unplug/ replug) corrects it for about 24 hours and then starts dropping sound again. It is not an issue with wire connections since it happens using Alexa also. Could the amp be bad?

Sonos Staff have mentioned recently that they are working on an issue similar to the one described, but to check it is the same issue, you maybe best to reproduce the Connect:Amp problem and then immediately submit a Sonos system diagnostic report from within the Sonos App, note it’s reference and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to resolve the matter.
