Pandora Access denied - need to keep authorizing daily?

I have seen a number of posts on this that were older, but nothing recent. In the last 4 weeks Pandora is failing with an “access denied” error. NOTHING has changed on my end that I am aware of. To get it to work I have to go into the services options and reauthorize Pandora. EACH TIME I use Sonos.   I have tried zapping the app and recreating it but same problem.

 

Any solutions of insights as to what changed recently?

Your local network doesn’t exist in a vacuum, it’s also affected by external things. While you may not have made any changes, your network may have. It’s probably best to submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
