IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH THE SUPPORT SONOS OR SOMEONE WHO HELP ME, PLEASE I NEED URGENTLY HELPI BOUGHT A SONOS ARC ON NOVEMBER 2020 VIA WEB, ON FEBRUARY OF 2021 SONOS SEND IT TO ME, 3 MONTHS LATER... I ALREADY BOUGHT A SONOS ARC, AND AFTER A DIFFICULT WAY TO CONTACT SONOS SUPPORT I RETURNED THE PRODUCT AS AN EMAIL REQUESTS OF SONOS.I HAVE ANOTHER MAIL CONFIRMING THE MONEY WILL BE BACK IN MY ACCOUNT IN 15 DAYS. AFTER 45 DAYS I STILL DOESNT HAVE NOTICE OF NO ONE AND MY MONEY ITS NOT BACK, I WRITE E-MAILS TO SUPPORT PAGE AND I HAVE NO ANSWER. PLEASE I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT IN SPAIN AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM 

Is there a Sonos product that combines a speaker with the Port/Connect functionality?  ie. has a line-out

I just noticed that my Sonos system adjusts the volume automatically between loud and quiet songs. I haven’t noticed this before. It is extremely annoying, and especially noticeable when I play an album where the songs run into each other. The system also inserts a little gap between the songs. ALSO extremely annoying. I tried playing the same music files on another player, and there is no difference in the volume and no gap between the songs on that player, so it’s not the files that are ripped that way, it is the Sonos system that plays around with the volume. Like I said, I’ve never noticed it before. What has happened? Where do I turn it off?

I have a brand new LG TV. And a brand new Beam. It’s hooked up through the ARC port on my TV. And the audio continually goes in and out. One sec, everything is fine. The next sec, the dialog is muffled and you can barely make it out. This happens whether I’m watching stuff through my cable box. Or streaming from apps on the TV. 

I have placed an order on an Amp and a pair of stands to place my Wharfedales. The idea at first was to sell the Arc and use the speakers and Sub with Amp as a stereo music/HT setup. Now I'm beginning to think what if I am disappointed with the stereo+phantom center performance for DD+ material. So I thought if that's the case i would keep Arc and Sub for TV and just use the Amp and speakers for music. The Wharfedales have a big woofer and go down to 40Hz so should be awesome for music.The issue is the speaker stands which would be obstructing the Arc side speakers. The side speakers vacancy would be around 30cm. Is this enough? I should mention my room is terrible, I get 0 virtual surround effect and my sound stage is very ordinary. So I am guessing I'm not loosing much by obstructing the side speakers? Thanks. 

I have a Sonos Arc and Sub (Gen 3) and have 2 issues related to these products.  The first issue has to do with the google assistant and asking the sonos arc to play music with Spotify.  Until recently it has worked fine however now I receive a response that says “Sorry, it looks like the sonos isn't available right now”.  I have done a full factory reset on both arc and sub, disconnected and reconnected my google assistant, unlinked and linked my Spotify account.  None of these has worked.The second issue I have is that while watching TV or listening to music, every so often the Sonos arc will dim the sound down to really low for about 3-5 seconds and then return the sound to normal.  It happens at different times as at first I thought there was something happening at a specific time like a notification but there is nothing consistent about it.Any help with any of these would be greatly appreciated!!!

My sonos play one will not connect to my wifi network at all, even after a hard reset. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, made no difference.  it connects ok via ethernet but connecting via wifi just says unable to connect every time. I need help as i don’t see any other options to get it working

Hello all.Need some help here, have a sonos playbase, 2 sonos ones and a sub (got it a couple of months back) and since then I have been having issues to keep the sub on the network. I have a google wifi mesh ( 1 in the living room where the system is set up and a couple more in the other rooms). I have the sonos 1 connected via a ethernet cable for sonos net. My sub is not too far from the wifi point. Every other day my sub keeps dropping out with a question mark, I have tried the following.Played around with the channel and now set to 11 dont know which one to select because whatever I select does not seem to work. There is no way I can change the channels on the google wifi.  Assigned DHCP IP to all the devices so that the sub always gets the same ip. I reset the whole system so many times and set everything as new and that did not work.  I do not have any interference close to the sub.  call the support and they said sub is not receiving the signal, but it is close to the router ar

Qobuz is now available in Australia as of today, Tues 13 April. I am unable to add it to my Sonos S1 environment as Qobuz does not appear in the music services list. When will this be remedied, please?

Hi, I have connected my sub in my lounge and it shows as Lounge + Sub (connected via Etherley as was struggling via wifi) however I'm not getting any sound even when I go to sub audio and slide all the way to the right 

Songs are cutting off consistently. This has become very annoying to use. Seems like Sonos is becoming an expensive piece of furniture living in my room now. Can someone please help? Here is a diagnostic report 1411209521. RegardsSantosh 

At my office, I’ve successfully set up and stereo paired 2 Move speakers and also wirelessly set up my Gen2 Play:5 to the same wifi network (both listed as WM: 1). I have no problems playing music on either the Move speakers or just on the Play:5. When I start playing on the Move speakers or the Play:5 and then group with the other Room, the Sonos app shows the little music playing bars on both rooms. But no sound comes out of the speaker(s) I just checked to be grouped. So, if I’m playing on the Play:5 and check to group the Move speakers, all looks normal on the Sonos 2 app but no sound comes from the Move speakers. And vice versa - start with the Move speakers, group with the Play:5, get no sound from the Play:5.I don’t know if this is relevant, but I think I read in some Sonos community thread that problems grouping with Moves could be alleviated by setting up the Move speakers on the 5Ghz band and maybe selecting a different channel. I would like to have a 3.1 configuration with : One Sonos Amp in my “Automotation closet”, with 2 Front Speaker Wired (with phantom center) One Sonos Amp near my TV, connected to the TV through HDMI ARCIs it possible to have this two sonos amp working together ? Thanks!

I recently bought the SONOS Arc + Sub + One to use it with my LG CX tv and I configured the system along with setting up the Magic Remote.  When I just want to use the Arc without turning on the tv (eg. for playing songs using Alexa) I cannot control the volume of the Arc with the Magic Remote. Is there a way to make this work?The volume control works when the tv is on though.

Just wanted to shout out if anyone has this experience.  When a voice capable (I configure them with Google VA) device hasn’t been “spoken” to in a long time (I didn’t pay attention to what constitutes “a long time” but my hunch is around the order of 2-3 days), the first time the response will contain an audible click (very soft but nonetheless audible).  I will try and submit a diag next time this happens.  What other info can I collect if this happens again?

My Beam works great, HDMI to TV, except it drops out for 1-2 minutes every day at 7:59 PM CDT and TV speaker takes over, then the Beam comes back on. I’ve got Sonia set to update overnight, so it’s not that. Thoughts?

Hello Sonos-ians, I have a sonos arc and in built existing ceiling speakers (not sonos). I would like to connect them to my sonos arc for a full surround sound experience. Hi, I’ve searched and tried a few things but I keep having this really annoying issue when I change a record.  Complete novice, just got the system so I’m fairly certain there is some setting I am missing that is causing this.I’ve got a play 5 connected to my Audio-Technica LP120 turntable.  I also have a oneSL set up in my living room and when it works, it works great.  But it keeps disconnecting when I change a record.  The 5 will all of a sudden be full blast and the two speakers will be un-grouped and the App will say it can’t find my network.  I’ll have to sit and restart the app multiple times until it decides to find the signal again.I’ve reset the router, checked the wireless connection during it’s “outage” but the App just keeps losing the network. Please help if you can, and thank you.

Recently I am repeatedly getting the cannot find your Sonas system. I follow the instructions to press a button on the nearest speaker, the app says connected, I press done and it returns to ‘cannot find your system’ message! I have not changed my router, I have tried turning it off and on again and whilst this restores the connection, it quickly drops out again. I have 2 x 3’s, 2x 1’s and a Play, none of them are hardwired and have always worked perfectly. I use an iPhone and an iPad as controller. Any ideas, anyone?

I have successfully installed my new device ‘Connect’ (Serial No. D102 1909CP *redacted*), and it is working well. On my Apple iPad, I can stream music from different radio stations to my amplifier and loudspeakers. However, my music library is on my Apple MacBook Pro, but I cannot play any music from my music library. Sonos website says ‘install the MacOs app, then …’. But on the Apple store there is NO MacOs app to download. Can you please help by telling me what to do to play music from my MacBook Library? With advanced thanks, Hamid Radjy

HelloWe’re in the process of building a garden office. It will be triangular in shape, with one side being a sliding glass door.We make extensive use of Sonos throughout the rest of the house so have been thinking through the best options given the odd-shape of the space.Mostly will be listening to Spotify as background music whilst working at the desk.Some thoughts:1x Play Five, set horizontal (red dot on diagram) at desk height. 2x Play Ones, set at either end of the corner desk (blue dots) 2x In-ceiling Speakers, set either as the green or purple dotsI’d be very grateful for any advice or other recommendations/considerations.Thanks in advance - diagram below. 

Hello,I have a Play:5 (Gen 2), and I use it to steam audio from a folder on my PC. Everything worked fine until a few weeks ago, but today I have not been able to access the media library on the PC. I just keep getting the error message: The Computer ‘PC Name’ is not responding. Nothing has changed on my PC (unless some Windows update has altered certain things). The same files on my PC are available to other devices, and I have double checked that sharing is switched on, both for the files, and specifically for Sonos being in the allowed list of streaming devices.I use the mobile app to control the speaker, but today I decided to install the Sonos controller on my PC, but I’m having the same issue, even on there. I’ve been through all the help pages, and I have ensured that both the controller and library service are ‘allowed apps’ in the Windows firewall. I also tried switching the firewall off completely, but no change. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, reconnecting the

I am a long time Sonos user (years).  I have changed room config and routers multiple times.  Until now I have never had any significant problems.  Now the app hardly ever connects to all (or sometimes any) of my 4 devices without restarting my phone or the router and / or a long wait.  I am reduced to using my Bluetooth connected speaker and am considering scrapping my Sonos (seriously).  I have fairly recently added a Play1 - the issue seems to have gradually worsened since.  Can anyone help?

Why can’t we get BBC Radio 4 on sonos any longer? Or any kind of TuneIn radio.
