I'm a happy Sonos customer, and I'm contemplating using Sonos Move speakers for outdoor use. I know I can set up 2 speakers as a stereo pair. Can I group 2 stereo pairs of Move speakers (total of 4)? I've read in the forum that you can do that with Sonos Ones. If I do that with the Move, will the automatic TruePlay work correctly with all 4 speakers in the environment?

I just got my first product, a Sonos One. The speaker does not appear as an AirPlay option. Additionally, even though I have set up the speaker through the app, on the AirPlay screen in the app it shows “no compatible products found.”

Hi All,I am having issues with my Sonos system and to be honest I have tried everything I can think off. This is my last Hope before I stick it all on eBay. So I have a Sonos Beam and two Sonos play ones( 2nd gen) in my living room. The two play ones act as surrounds for the beam. However every single day after approx 6 hours, the Sonos system complains it has no internet connection (via google assistant), when it complains the two play ones drop all sound and do nothing. However the beam still works but can’t voice control it. The system, is connected wirelessly via a WiFi 6 router, using DHCP and IP address reservation. When the sonos  complains it has no internet connection, I can see in my router the Sonos system is connected and has been given the right IP address. All other devices in my network can access the internet fine.  in the Sonos app, it tells me that the two play ones (LS + RS) are not configured. The app even tells me the Sonos is connected to the wireless network.  To

Hi I get this issue on and off every couple of weeks when my iPhone won't connect to my sonos system My iPad, iMac and fire tablet all work fine i have removed the sonos app on the iPhone and re installed and still not working. re booted iphone, disconnected the wifi etc after a few days it normally reconnects any ideas??

When I try to play music from my music library I get the “unable to play because computer can’t find the server message.”  And the pathway to the specific song - which Sonos can’t find - is the pathway from my old computer that I got rid of about 18 months ago.  I was able to play music from my library until recently - I cannot remember if the change happened after I upgraded to Big Sur or not.  Any advice?Facts:  My Music Library is on my Mac.  I have removed the old music folder in the Sonos settings which had been carried over from before the upgrade and have installed the new music folder.  I have also uninstalled the Sonos controller - S1 since i have an old speaker - and reinstalled it to see if that would shake things up.  Again, even though I have installed my new music folder for some reason Sonos still searches for the old pathway when I click on a song.  There is no firewall on.  File Sharing is not checked.   And I access the Sonos speaker over wireless but not my library. 

hi. wanting to know what product to use to achieve this: i have 6 sonos play ONE with alexa speakers in each room of the house. when i bought my home the previous owners had high quality speakers installed in the ceiling of each room that i've never used. there are a ton of wires sticking out of the wall in the garage. how do i connect my sonos speakers to these speakers? will this work? i get a stereo system and connect it to those wires and then buy the new sonos port and connect it to that stereo system. the idea here is to have the 6 sonos ones play the same music as the existing wall/ceiling speakers. if there's a different way, i appreciate any and all help!

When I access Audible through SONOS, my most recently acquired book is missing from my library. It’s there in Audible’s app and website. All my other books are available in SONOS. Just not the one I’m currently listening to. I’ve tried:-- Letting the book play a bit in the Audible app, thinking maybe getting it to clear “In Progress” status might make it appear.-- Reauthorizing the Audible service-- Removing and re-adding the Audible serviceBut all to no avail.  So frustrating!I see that someone asked this same question about a year ago, with one “me too” comment, but no other activity on that question (which is now closed to further comment, thus my new post here).Has anyone else encountered this problem, and is there a solution? 

HiSince a few days back my Sonos system has started to occasionally repeat the last played song on its own, both playlist and album tracks. Quite annoying and isn’t always occurring it seems. I just got my Sonos Beam set up and it’s been playing music great from my iPhone, iPad, and just from the Sonos itself after setting up a voice assistant. However, I’ve run into a problem with my 2016 MacBook Pro. Whenever I Airplay computer audio to the Beam, it looks like everything is working correctly: the Sonos app even displays the correct Youtube video name. But there is no sound coming out of the speaker itself.I wanted to listen to songs on YouTube using Airplay from my computer. Any idea why this might not be working? I’ve tried the standard troubleshooting process (restarting the speaker, computer, and router) But so far still nothing. Any help would be appreciated

I installed a Playbar this week. It is connected to a Vizio TV and an Xfinity setup box - fairly basic setup. I have paired the Xfinity remote to control the TV and Sonos playbar volume. When I hit the “off” button on the remote, it powers down all devices. However, my Playbar turns back in the middle of the night - usually 4am. I have tried all creative options to troubleshoot, but cannot figure out the root cause.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi All,I likely have the worst acoustic space known to man.  My Sonos Arc SL is mounted on the edge of an entertainment center, roughly 26 inches up from the floor.  It sits a good 14 inches from the wall.  Please see pictures of my room but here are the rough dimensions. Room is probably 50 feet long (from Sonos, straight out to the far wall).There are several posts throughout the room.  The room width is roughly 30 feet.My chairs are probably 8 feet from the Sonos and are directly in front of it.  I have Sofa’s on each side but they are not the primary sitting area.Ceiling is roughly 9 feet.Standing in front of hte Sonos, the right side is open another 14 feet until the wall.Here are my questions:How should I run the second part of the true play calibration?  Just around my sitting area or try to go to all edges of the wall on the ends of the basement? Per the Peter Pee video, should I angle my Arc soundbar a bit to get better ATMOS. Any other recommendations? My music (Tidal HD) sou

I just updated my Macbook Air to Big Sur but now can’t connect Sonos.I’ve got a playlist that uses files in the download folder but it says it can’t connect.Driving me slightly nuts!! Diagnostic reference 1444447949. 

Sonos arc with sonos sub with in ceiling sonos rear speakers  the question is is this sufficient with one sonos amp and second part question if I add front in wall speakers would this be unnecessary and if added all still on one amp to get tru 5.1 sound or better then with two sonos amps 

Sonos Move, new last Christmas, has always been a problem:  When initially set up, would be visible to some android controllers but not others.  Even when all are connected to same wifi network and/or same wifi network AP/ssid. ONLY the Desktop app tells me to register the product.  Upon initial install and some subsequent factory reset operations, android app doesn’t ask me to register the ‘new product’.  This is very frustrating when you forget you have to register the Move on the desktop PC. On most attempts to ‘find missing product’ or ‘install new product’, the operation fails, telling me there’s a problem connecting to the network that all devices are connected to.  On SOME attempts to ‘find missing’ or ‘install new’, android app suggests using bluetooth, and that has worked ONE time, but the Move is still not visible/controllable by all controllers. NOW, the Move will not enter bluetooth mode and fails on every attempt to ‘find missing’ or ‘install new’, and yet, system info sho

I live in the UK and have logged onto my Sonos account and identified two old Sonos products that I’d like to upgrade. I’ve added the two new products to my basket but when I go through to the payment page the pricing is in dollars, not GB Pounds (which may well be OK with the discount, but depends on how advantageous the pricing is in GBP vs. USD). Apart from that I want to check that I’m going to receive UK products shipped from the UK designed for 240 volts and not US products shipped from the States designed for 110AC current.Anyone know if I can do the upgrade from the UK (and in GBP)?

I want to add a turntable to my Sonos setup. I have a sub, playbar and Sonos ones in the room I want to add the turntable to. What do I need to connect a deck to this setup? A Sonos Port or Connect or Connect amp? Thanks in advance

Hello, I am trying to play my iTunes playlists through Sonos but cannot see them.I have followed all the steps:in Settings / Manage music library, I have added the folder where iTunes music library lives - I can see all the songs/artists/albums fine in Sonos. I have exported each playlist in XLM format from iTunes and saved them in the same folder as above. I have Updated the Music library to ensure all changes are indexed.After all this when I go to Music Library / Imported playlists - there is still no selection available. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hello,I live in a 2-floor house (ground level and 1st floor), which has 500 Mb/s internet connection. I use a TP-link Mesh wifi setup to distribute internet: 3x Deco M9plus (one is the main Deco attached to my modem) + 2x Deco M5.In my living room (ground level), there are 1x PlayBar + Sub + 2x Play 3 (just in a next room where the main Deco M9plus is). In this living room, there is also a second Deco M9plus using a ethernet backhaul. In the same level, I have another room where there is a Sonos Amp (in this room there is also a Deco M5 using wifi backhaul).In the 1st floor, there is a Deco M9plus attached with ethernet backhaul where there are 3 rooms (there is a Play 3 in each room; the last room has also a Deco M5, wifi backhaul).Everywhere in the house, I have at least 200-250 Mb/s wifi speed.Sonos setup is with wifi (WM).When I play Tune-In, all the speakers work well except the home cinema PlayBar+Sub+2x Play 3 group (wifi signal is around 300-400 Mb/s here), when it works alone,

Hi All , I got a project sb deck for Xmas , I want to set it up in the living room. In the room I have a Sonos bar , a sub and two Sonos ones.  I do have the new generation  Sonos 5 in the kitchen but was really hoping to leave it in there. Is it possible to set up the deck in the living room without bringing the 5 in ?? mad you can imagine  I really don’t want to have the deck in the kitchen   

Hello, just got a Beam and the touch control don't work though it is turned on in the app. Touch controls on two surround Ones do work though. Have done full reset on Beam too which hasn't fixed it. Regards,Chetan

Got the Five on 11.11. Love the sound and turn on as often as I get the chance.In just the last couple of months, I noticed that the music stops after a while.  Initially I thought the playlist ended but lately, I started noticing a sudden stop in the playing mid song.I use a Linksys Velop mesh.  I have only the Five. Switched the channels on the Mesh, Reset the mesh.  Even unplugged, & reconnected my fibre broadband. Did a wired connection of the Five to the root (parent) router of the Linksys Mesh. Have also tried to uninstall the Sonos Five and re-install the Five. Hi,Several of the search tabs in the S1 android app are causing the app to crash for me. In particular, Podcasts and Shows, Genres, Stations and perhaps a few others. Unaffected are Artists, Songs, and Albums. I can switch to the tab successfully, but when I start typing, the app unceremoniously closes. I’m on a Galaxy S9+. Anyone else experiencing this?I tried clearing the cash as well as reinstalling the app to no avail.Thanks,Stuart
