I needed to reset my Roam, but the controller is still showing the device as ‘offline’ despite it being removed from the system. Any thoughts? App all up to date.

Hi
The offline device will disappear after 72 hours if it’s not connected again. You can force it to disappear sooner by rebooting all your other devices and the router, as well as force closing the app.
