Going to order the Roam online today. Will the wireless charger work for other devices such as iPhone? Unsure whether to spend the extra money on the wireless charger but definitely would if it were able to charge other devices

It’s a Qi charger. Electrical fields are electrical fields. There’s no guaranty about how quickly it would charge, but if your phone can be charge by a Qi charger, and there’s enough amps, it should work.
