iPhone won't connect unless I turn it off and on again

Using the S2 app on my iphone XS it says unable to connect to Sonos.

If I switch my phone off then back on it will connect but if I then quit the app, restart it and try to connect I have the unable to connect message again. Any suggestions?

Do you happen to be using a BT router? If, then read this:
