Hi allFor some reason when I click on any playlists it just auto plays and does not open the playlist to let me see the songs in it. I have removed Amazon and re added it to my Sonos App. See screenshot attached 

Sonos unable to browse SiriusXM Canada on which I have an active subscription up to about 2 weeks ago Sonos would stream Sirius now NOT.  I have rebooted speakers and router.  I have signed out of SiriusXM and back in.  I have made sure SiriusXM account is active.   I have made sure I latest version of SiriusXM.  This IS a SONOS problem. 

I just bought the arc kit with sub gen 3 one sl x2 and the arc sound bar.Im actually watching Guardian of galaxy 2 on disney+ that is in dolby atmos.The thing is that on my sonos app its saying Pcm multichannel dolby 5.1.I have a Qled samsung Q60 70 inchs 2021.Its compatible dolby atmos and earc.So y is it in pcm multichannel 5.1 dolby???

I have 4 One SL's for music only and just got the Sub. Does the Sub only connect to one of the One SL's or can it be connected to all of them at the same time?When the Sub is connected to one of the SL’s, does it change the crossover of the speaker its connected to but not the other speakers playing or does it know to change the crossover for all that is connected?

Hello,I got yesterday my new sub mini and wanted to integrate it in my existing home theater setting consisting in a Playbase and 2 One SL.After setting up the sub mini to my WiFi, it downloaded an new firmware but when i tried to integrate it via the Sonos app in my exisiting setting i got an error message, when i retried it, the picture showed now 2 sub minis in my system but i still got the same error message. When i play music, the sub is not working.What can I do?Thanks for your feedbackBest regards,Marc

the bcc has announced that it will only be available to listen to on its app can some one tell me weather Sonos will support this when it happens which I believe is very soon 

I’ve 2 old play5 gen 1 and want to purchase a Sonos product that will connect with the old technology help please 🙏 

Current setup: Sonos Beam connected via ethernet.  All other devices connected over SonosNet.Recently got a new router.  The modem stayed the same so I wouldn’t expect any issues.  Everything was working fine until this morning when my Sonos app couldn’t find any devices.  The ‘System’ button is dithered and it states ‘Unable to find your Sonos system’.Troubleshooting steps so far:Confirmed Beam connected over ethernet is showing as an online and connected device on through my modem. Unplugged all devices except for Beam. Tried the walkthrough steps on Sonos app to reconfigured the plugged in Beam and it states it can’t find the product.Any help would be appreciated.

My Amazon Echo Show and Dot both are able to play music on my Sonos One. But when I attempt to join them together, the Alexa app says the Sonos is not compatible. Surely by now this should have been sorted.Any help appreciated.Asking in hope.

I’ve been trying to find the WiFi specs of Sonos products to little success. Basically my question is this: Say I have a system with a Sonos Arc, Amp, and Port. I have the option to hardwire ONE of these devices to provide SonosNet to the other two. Which would provide the most reliable connection? (disregarding physical proximity). Which has the better antennas? Thanks!

Hi all,I’ve looked through the manual and help files and cannot find this answer. Can you do this?I want to get a Arc soundbar and then used my two Play 5’s as a left and right channel to the Arc as the center channel. Can this be done?I can see how to make the Play 5 a stereo pair and I can see how to make the Play 5’s surround speakers, but I don’t want that...I’m looking to have the Play 5’s work with the Arc in front of me as my left/right mains and the bar dead center.Can this be done?Maybe its just that simple….make the Play 5’s a stereo pair, put them in front of me in the left/righ position, add the Arc and done…..not sure if that will actually work as they all need to talk to each other.Thoughts?Thx!!

My Play 5 line in is not working, under system settings it shows as connected. It plays through to my connect amp but not on the play 5 or my other speakers

sub will not power up. plug is fully pushed in and in power socket that works. have not used sub for over 12 months as been away from this house.

Hi there,My friends offered me a Pro-Ject T1 record player a few months back.It is a Project T1 regular (not the SB one) with cables attached directly to the device.I never owned a record player before and I am quite excited but I am not sure which sonos I should get to connect to my already owned Sonos One x2 and Beam.I see a lot of stuff related to the SB itself. Would anyone know if the port is sufficient? Or if I need the amp?Would love to get some help here!Thanks,Amélie

Hello,A new sonos user here and I’ve just bought a Gen 2 soundbar.  It’s plugged into my 43 inch LG tv via HDMI Arc and it sounds good/loud.  I watched Thor on Disney + which is supposed to be in Dolby Atmos but I didn’t hear anything to suggest I was hearing atmos.  Is there a way to tell from the app or the soundbar itself?if I look on the app it says Stereo PCM. If I change the settings on the TV to pass through the app changes to Dolby 5.1. I presume I don’t want this as I only have the Gen, no surrounds or sub. Also it sounds terrible.  any ideas to know I am hearing atmos? A particular film I could try?many thanks for your help!J. 

I have several Sonos devices across my apartment (Play1s,Play5s, Connect:Amp, ZP100) and also several google devices (Pixel Phone, 2 Alarms, Google Hub)All Google devices work properly in  playing spotify or streaming radio on any Sonos Device.EXCEPT my GoogleHub where I love to have my radio streamed with my first coffee and its driving my crazy. Early in the morning I do not want to fumble around my phone for the app but use the convenience of voice commands.That's where I get the "This”mode is not available on <Sonos Device Name>” while the GoogleHub shows me the Sonos controls on the screen (which does work btw).Already checked country settings, spotify accounts (it's also TuneIn btw), re-connected all services.Any ideas ?

I have two Play1 speakers, speaker A I set up using S2 app but I could not get to work.  The other, I used the S1 app and is now working fine with the S2 app.  Speaker A is connected but says it’s not registered and thus cannot playback.  Tried hardwire, factory reset, but cannot get it to work.  Has anyone else had this issue before?  What did you do to fix it? Diagnostic number 415954629

Hi,I have Sonos Beam gen. 2 with to Sonos One SL as rear speakers. As my wife is hard of hearing we use an apple airport express to connect her headphones to the Apple TV via AirPlay. The beam is connected to a LG Oled via eARC. LG ist set to “passthrough”.When we’re watching Dolby Atmos movies and activate AirPlay additionally the Sonos app shows “stereo PCM” and I hear at least up mixed stereo from the rear speaker.But when I watch non-Atmos movies (for e.g. 5.1) the Sonos app shows Multi-Channel PCM 7.1 and the rear speakers don’t receive any sound information and are  muted when we activate AirPlay additionally. Can anyone help me to understand this behaviour? What can I do to at least have stereo up mix output on the rear speakers when watching 5.1 movies.

I have my optical out hooked into my receiver with surround sound.I have my Sonos Beam Hooked into my HDMI ARC. But for some reason I am not getting any output on the Beam.When I go to my Samsung TV under connected devises I can see the Beam as Connected.So my question is will the TV send the audio signal to both the receiver and the Beam or just one or the other. If it will send the audio signal to both, what am I doing wrong. 

I’m pulling what hair I have left out over this. To be honest it’s also bloody annoying that of all the wifi enabled gadgets connected to my network Sonos always, always gives me grief! I hope the software team is listening in on this, as you can consider your programming skills get a grade of E-, must try hard, see me after lesson!Rant over...So, I’ve changed broadband provider and am trying to connect to my Play 5 Gen 2. I’ve separated my wifi into 2.4 and 5.8 and connected my app/android phone to the 2.4. I’ve made sure I’m in wireless mode 802.11b/g/n, chan 11 with WPA-WPA2-Personal set and yet my Sonos app still can’t see my 5. I’ve tried going through the Sonos network and again all I get asked is to name the network and enter a password to a Sonos network I have no idea what that password is!!  Or I simply get no wifi networks available, spinny wheel.I’m this close to chucking the bloody thing out the window unless someone can save me in this circle of Sonos Dantean despair!

 Only the Roams show this behaviour.   Both powered off with the three chime feedback.  Are they actually powered off or not?

Hello,I recently installed a Sonos Port to an Amp to control my speakers out by my pool. I can play music via SiriusXM on my ipad so long as I am connected to my wifi network. There is the issue. I was thinking that playing music and accessing the system via the sonos app would work remotely being the port is linked to my wifi network. Is that not how it works? Do you have to be on the wifi network to be able to start playing music? I wanted to be able to turn the speakers on for someone even if I wasn’t home.  Thanks!

We have an open-plan living/dining/kitchen space.  On one side I have an Arc, with two PLAY:1 speakers as surrounds. I have a Samsung TV with eArc, all that works perfectly.For some time I have had a Sonos speaker in the kitchen area so that when cooking, I can group it to the Arc and hear the TV sound without having to turn the living room speakers way up. It’s been working fine for months… but not now.I am getting dropouts so badly that I cannot bear to use the kitchen speaker. I simply cannot figure out what has changed. My WiFi coverage is good (I have Unifi boosters around the flat). The kitchen speaker (a Sonos One) works perfectly when solo or grouped playing other sources.I have played around with the Group Audio delay, it doesn’t help, and as the speaker is effectively in the same room as the Arc+Surrounds it’s’ not very desirable introducing a delay. I’ve tried using a Sonos Roam instead of the One. Same behaviour.Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or fix this would be mu
