Yes. I previously used an optical switch with my Playbar.

Yes. I previously used an optical switch with my Playbar.
Wouldn’t it be easier, and cheaper to connect the DVD player to the TV via HDMI, and the Sonos to the TV with an optical cable? No switch or extra cables needed.
