Qu’est ce que ca change par rapport à l’application sonos 2?   peut on encore écouter de la musique en ligne via l’application? quels sont les différences?CDT

Help. Going bonkers have had sonos many years and all been perfect. Recently set up new surround system in another room. Beam and 2 one’s. Plays music and Netflix perfect through tv. Sky, however is a different story. Many occasions have sound and many not. Have reset everything tv. Sky. Sonos   Reconnected sonos to tv many times etc. changed HDMI leads and the best I can get is tv sound on some channels but very few. Have gone through sky set up God knows how many times and all is as it should be. PS5 plays through tv in surround also. Connected by HDMI ARC (have tried optic lead and same result). Has anyone come across the same or have any ideas?   I have spent a week testing trying and changing everything 😬Any advice would be appreciated  CheersMartin

I have an Echo+ in my Kitchen and a Beam in my front room. Anytime I asked the Echo+ to play music it defaults to playing on my Beam. It used to be intermittent but happens every time now. It's the same for both Radio & Spotify

I would appreciate so much your knowledge and support about this issue. I use to have my sonos one wired to my ISP router and I was using S2 app with it with no problems. I recently purchased a new wifi router (Tp-link AX20) to use its WI-FI connection. This TP-link router is conected to the ISP router to get internet and now I use the new wifi network  (2.4Ghz) to connect to it. (5Ghz wifi is disconnected). The problem is that now the app won't detect my Sonos one wired to the main router. I run a test connecting the Sonos one wired to the TP-LINK router and it worked so I guess there must be a parameter in the TP-LINK that im missing?-I have the TP-Link with auto channel and same WIFI SSID, even copying the MAC address of the ISP router.I have attached my config. Hello! I am completely stumped by issues with getting my sonos beam to be the default speaker when I stream content through my apple TV 4k. I feel like I am going crazy and I definitely think I am overthinking the solution but I would be very grateful for any input! I guess this is more challenging due to the AORUS FO48U being a monitor rather than a TV.The Tech I have available:AOURUS FO48U, apple TV 4k, Sonos beam gen 2, Skycrop HDMI switch extractorThe challenges:AORUS FO48U has an integrated soundbar which the apple TV 4k auto selects (I have it muted the integrated soundbar but not disabled it not sure it can be disabled) The sonos soundbar is able to be selected via airplay and used temporarily AORUS FO48U does not have an HMDI ARC or eARC port or optical out portThe Goal:To have the apple TV recognize the Sonos soundbar as the default soundbarCurrent Set Up:I have used a HDMI Switch Audio Extractor (that has optical out and HDMI arc port) but plugging the soundbar into either th

Just bought a Beam 2 gen and set it up for my Samsung TV.  Using Apple TV 4k.  Nice sound everywhere except when I go to the Viaplay app, the sound farts over to TV sound...??  What do I do about it?

After four years of perfection, one of my Connect (GEN2) started lagging behind all the other Sonos speakers. Happens regardless of the source (TV, PC, Sonos App using Spotify, etc.). Have always used Sonos Net. Unplugged the Connect, waited 10 minutes, plugged it back in and made no difference. Tried the same with the Sonos Boost (ethernet connected to the router), then the router itself, and still the same lag only in the two B&O towers connected to the Connect (GEN2). The other Connect (GEN2) still in perfect sync (also connected to two B&O towers). The only difference between the two is the one out of sync has Hardware Version 1.22.1.4-1.1 and the other is 1.22.1.5-1.1. I’ve also tried changing wireless channels, to no avail. I have the app on three phones and a PC, all using version 14.18. Any ideas?

I bought a beam yesterday to go with my living room TV and set it up with my 2 sonos ones to make a surround sound system, however, I don't want to have the beam on all the time wasting electricity so have it attached to a smart plug so it turns off when the tv turns off but when I do that I can't then use my sonos ones to just play normal music. Is there a way around this or do I have to have the beam on constantly to be able to use anything in my living room? 

I’m using Sonos Voice Assistant with Amazon Music. A few days ago, it suddenly stopped working. Almost any content I request gets denied. For instance, I say “Hey Sonos, play Michael Jackson”. Unfortunately, the answer is (almost?) always “Sorry, your Amazon Music subscription does not allow you to play this content.”. I don’t have Amazon Music Unlimited, but Prime Music. It used to work just fine. Furthermore, it does still work if I choose the same content via the Sonos app or the Amazon Music app. Thus, I guess this is an issue with the Sonos Voice Assistant. Maybe it got something to do with the latest changes for Amazon Music, which increased the number of available songs from 2M to 100M I think? I already removed the Amazon Music service from the Sonos app and re-added it. Didn’t change anything.

I’ve just bought a Sonos amp. I’ve wired my turntables via the mixer (as conventional  mixer amp) however when I play a record there is a full 3-4 second delay to hearing anything so mixing is definitely out! Any suggestions on how to play instant time?

Hi I’ve tried these steps:  Hi @Reckit If by reset you mean return your Sonos products to factory state. Don’t do it. Instead try this:1. Unplug all Sonos2. Unplug your main router3. Delete the Sonos app from your device4. Plug in your router5. Check it’s admin page for updates and install if available6. Disable DHCP for satellite nodes7. Reboot your router8.  Power Cycle your iOS or Android device and connect to WiFi 9. Connect the speaker you hard wired directly to the main router and not the switch let it come back fully10. Plug in other Sonos 1x1 and let each come back11. Re-install the Sonos app and choose “Connect to existing system (Sonos)12. Test your SonosLet us know how things sort out. Cheers!Edit: If wiring the speaker to router is not possible you may want to consider adding the Sonos Boost module to establish the Sonosnet.If the above doesn’t resolve your issues I suggest you submit a diagnostic, post the reference ID in this forum and contact Sonos Tech support.But still

Hello, I have a SONOS Arc SL with surrounds connected to a Samsung TV via eARC HDMI. When I want to hear music in other rooms on my remote One SL’s it is typically easy to hit their individual ‘group’ buttons to sync the remotes with the Arc SL. (And of course, if the source of the audio is on my phone it is easy to group the speakers via the app.) However, I want to add more One SL’s and place them about 10’ up on a recessed shelf - in this case I will not be able to sync them manually using the ‘group’ button on the individual speakers. Is there as way to group these unreachable remote speakers using the app on my iPhone to sync with the Arc SL even when my iPhone is not the source of the audio? Thanks so much!Abqishome

I have had my Sonos system up and running with no trouble for 3 years or so.  My system consists of 4 Play 1 speakers, a single One speaker, 2 Connects with a Sonance amp driving  in ceiling speakers throughout the house and one Connect through a Denon receiver driving my television room.  All of a sudden then Play 1/ One speaker are not even close to in sync with the Connects.  The One speaker required an update which I did and the problem seemed solved.  Today I tried to play music and it is all out of sync again.  Anyone have any thoughts on how to solve this?  I checked for other updates and everything is fine.  I pretty much only ever stream iTunes music through them.  

It appears that a dust cover isn’t included with the project sb, sold through the sonos site . Is this correct ? I’m trying to see if I can buy a project dust cover separately, but not finding them easily accessible in Canada. Any insights would be appreciated. 

Hi Sonos Friends,Been using Spotify Family as our primary music streaming for Sonos and everything else. I want to take advantage of Amazon Unlimited’s higher resolution for our Sonos system, but the 13 year old daughter insists she will die if we cancel Spotify because of her 10,000 playlist combinations of the same 47  pop songs. I understand that you could transfer the playlists from Spotify to Amazon, but let’s not open that can of worms for the moment because she is 13 and rationality is only a small part of the bigger picture.If I wanted to let the kid keep her Spotify and take on Amazon Unlimited for our Sonos, can I get away with a one device account for Amazon Unlimited or do I need a multiple device account? Anything from experience I’m not accounting for or should be considering? Be Well an Thanks a Ton.

If my 2013 playbar is not compatible with the V3 sub which version is compatible with the S1 app/playbar? Is my only option to buy used sub?

Hi, Just wondering is someone has the answer to this ??I’ve just put my Sonos first gen in my bedroom & set it on a new Samsung tv & connected to optical cable & I can’t control volume on tv on the tv control. I done some digging & it seems that it’s not possible to control volume on tv control. Anyone found a away round it ??. I’m happy to use my phone but the Mrs my struggle 😂. Thanks for your time. Hi, I am very happy with my new Arc, and want to add Surround and Sub speakers. Will the app S2 allow me to independently control the volume and equalizer of the Sub, Surround, and Arc?

So I’ve had a Gen 1 Connect:Amp from new for years, but I’ve never connected any speakers (because reasons). Just got a new house with speakers in the ceiling, so wired them up to the amp.And nothing, really. At max volume I can just about hear the speakers.I don’t have a ladder yet so haven’t checked out the speakers themselves (impedance, make etc) , but I’m assuming this isn’t normal?There doesn’t seem to be any hard-wired volume control that might affect it.

My Arc is plugged in using the arc port on my Samsung tv. I’m trying to set up my OneSL speakers but the app isn’t discovering the Arc. It’s displaying the two new One SL’s and the Beam that’s set up in a different room. move reset router, unplugged, etc.. nothing. I just need to Arc to show under my products so I can link them to the Ones. Any suggestions appreciated!

Reviving my account here to post this:My music library is completely in Spotify and I rarely listen to playlists, I simply shuffle my entire “My liked songs” list. I've done this on Sonos for years, with a list of just under 3000 songs.Now, I am having exactly the issue  described in this topic: (that was apparently never satisfactorily resolved)I'm consistently getting the “unable to add tracks to queue” error when I try to play or shuffle my liked songs. Not sure when this started, I think it is on the order of days, maybe a few weeks. Most of the time my Sonos queue is filled and I don't have to re-add tracks, and I don't remember when it last worked successfully.Of course I will get the boilerplate response, but I'd like to head that off by saying:I have restarted my network and my entire Sonos system sequentially as per the standard procedure. (twice) This used to work flawlessly with exactly the same amount of tracks, on exactly the same network until very recently. This topic: 

I’m looking into getting a Sonos Home Theatre system and I have been getting conflicting information from reps at Best Buy and (old) posts on the sonos community.Can the following set up work for a true 5.1 surround system; 1 x Ray, 4 x OneSLs, 1 x Sub (gen 3) ?Also, will the system mesh into the three IKEA speakers I’ve got already for music?I’ve seen (very old) posts that say ‘no’. And I spoke to reps at Best Buy who say ‘yes’ (some times definite and sometimes ‘hypothetically’)

I have two units (Sonos One SL) but I cannot pair them for stereo.The models are:S/N: 38-42-0B-16-CD-32:G OS:S2 version 14.19.1S/N:  54-2A-1B-C4-6E-CE:c OS: S2 version 14.19.1I can only chose one speaker at the time. The speakers have a few years in difference.

About 3 months ago, Xfinity upgraded my DVR to their 4K Cloud box.  Since then, I’ve had lip sync issues on my Beam Gen 1.  I have been using eArc on my 2020 Sony Android TV.  Content from the TV Apps does not have the lip sync problem.  So it’s definitely a sourcing issue (I think).I use the Xfinity box for almost all content.  I wrote to HDFury, with my specs and they claim the Arcana will fix this.  Then I just have to learn how to adjust the volume with the remote, since the Beam won’t be talking directly to the TV eArc CEC., as I understand it.I read that the Beam Gen 2 has a faster processor, but if my eArc is not sending the signal fast enough, I’m not sure how that could help.If given a choice between upgrading the Beam Gen 2 or buying the Arcana, which is the choice to solve the problem?  BTW, I have two Ones for Surround.
