Multiple Rooms - Apple Music

I’ve always been under the impression (and it has worked in practice) that I could listen to different music in different rooms using the same Apple Musicsubscription as long as I was on the same network (of course, if someone was at home listening on sonos and I tried to play from that subscription in the car or at work, one of us would get booted).

I am now getting the “looks like you’re listening on another device” message when I try to listen to different music in different rooms using Apple Music for the first time in my decade + of sonos ownership.

Did something change?

Not that I’m aware of on the Sonos side, but it’s worth asking Apple, who ‘owns’ the process of checking for that.
