Hello,

I stayed at an Airbnb a few months ago that had a sonos system available for guests to use. I had no trouble using that system while there. However, since I have been home, I’ve not been able to seamlessly use my own system. I now always get “can’t find your sonos” message when I open my sonos app, and the app always prompts me to find my find my system and then asks me to choose which system I want to update—this Airbnb system or my actual owned system. Can I somehow permanently delete the Airbnb system so that my app is no longer confused??

Which app?


Try resetting the app (option under App Preferences), then reload it, joining your existing system when prompted.
