Hi.

Does anyone have sound issues with the new Sky Stream/Puck and Sonos Arc? I am experiencing the sound dropping for a split second on a regular basis. Sometimes it drops completely and is only resolved by either changing channel or going into standby.

Hi @Yorkiecherry

Thanks for your post!

I recommend you unplug your TV from power for at least 2 minutes. This simple step solves most instances of regular, short, TV audio drop outs. It forces the TV software to reboot in a way that standby does not achieve, and the 2 minutes is to ensure the large power supply capacitor is fully drained.

I hope this helps.
