Is it possible to distribute analogue input from my music system via the Sonos Amp to the ARC and Sub, please? Although I bought the Amp primarily to power the surround speakers in a Home Cinema setup I was told it would also be able to send to the ARC but I cannot see how to achieve this.

Can any Roam SL owners tell me if device plays a sound when you power on and off? I have a Wonderboom and it makes a loud sound when it powers on or off which can be intrusive eg. for a meditation class. Thanks!

Bought second hand a Sub and did the factory reset, with the Ethernet cable I managed to finally get the Sub connected to my system but it will not function until I link it to my account. However no matter what I do I cannot get it to connect to my account. Why? What's the trick, what am I missing here?

My ZP90 has stopped operating.When I select it on my computer I get a message to update it I select not to but it insists on trying to updateNothing I do will allow me to use my ZP90

I have my Beam +Sub with a Samsung TV  Beam works perfectly because it’s  connected via Arc To the TV.  sub it’s connected with a solid white light status and the app says they are linked properly but there is not sound from sub. Sometimes the sound comes for few seconds and goes…. i already did everything recommended in this forum about deleting the sub and add it again…. Turn off and on…. Check for updates…. Reboot router…  im very disappointed with this  $700+ piece not working.  do you have any extra suggestion? Sonos tech support I already sent diagnostic 346752926

Hi. How can I use the new Spotify Playlist functions in the Sonos App? I’m talking about the new Spotify playlist feature where a Spotify artificial intelligence supplements the current playlist with additional songs automatically. This function is not able in the Sonos App. And vice versa the volume fine tune slider from the Sonos App is not available in the Spotify App 😞

Recently the iOS S2 controller app was updated. In the past if a device was unplugged, it just didn’t show up. Then when you plugged it in it would be found. It was like this for ages, with S1 also.Now if you unplug a device it shows up as “not connected”, and even if you plug it back in it remains “not connected”. There is now a lengthy process to re-connect.Luckily for me, for now, the S2 controller on the PC still works the old way – I can unplug and re-plug. To add insult to injury, it also says it can’t find a Sonos Connect. Well, I decommissioned that a year ago, and of course it isn’t supported by S2 anyway. The fact that it spends many minutes trying to reconnect to it is annoyingI went to the web page, and it listed all my devices correctly, but said they all needed to be update to make the S2 compatibly. Last year I installed a Sonos Port in my house which is connected to a home speaker system. Recently, I have purchased a Dj mixer, more specifically the Allen & Heath Xone 23C which I use with a pair of CD Players, the Pioneer XDJ 700’s, and I am wondering if there is anyway to connect those to the Sonos Port so that I could play music through the home speakers? I attached pictures below showing the ports on both the Xone 23C and the XDJ 700's. 

I would love to know if anyone has their speakers stuck updating after the latest upgrade to 14.20. It’s been like this for a few days now and just frustrated, not knowing what to do.  

Hello,A few years ago I had real issues keeping sonos connected to my WiFi. A kind contributer here advised that it was my Google mesh causing the issue and to connect a speaker to one of the google WiFi points, I did and this fixed the issue.I've moved house now and installed Google again, the nearest speaker to a Google wifi point is play 3 and part of surround set up - linked to a playbar linked to TV. If I connect to this play 3 will that keep the Google wifi and sonos in sync?At moment I'm having issues connecting at all to Google wifi so looks like factory reset and start from scratch is way ahead.Thanks David

I have set up my Sonos Beam Gen 1 with my Sky Glass TV, however initially the Volume Control failed to work with the Sonos Beam. I had to change my Sky Glass remote to IR and now the Volume Controls work, but not ideal. The buttons for Sky Glass do not respond 100% and have to point the remote at the TV. When will Sonos Beam support the Bluetooth connection of the Sky Glass Remote and does anyone know if it’s supported with the Sonos Beam Gen 2?

I have an Arc and a pair of Fives in the same room. I use the Arc for the TV and the Fives for music (the Arc and Fives aren’t paired with each other and i don’t use them at the same time for TV or music).Question: Could I pair the Sub Mini with the Arc so that I get the bass when watching TV and also pair with the Fives for listening to music?

Can I use the Line In on a Sonos Port to send the rear surround L/R signal from my AVR (which has pre-outs for all channels) to a Sonos Amp wired to in-ceiling speakers behind my viewing area?  For context: I’m moving to a condo that is pre-wired for for in-ceiling speakers in areas that have a drop ceiling (including an area behind the living room which does NOT have a drop ceiling and cannot be wired for in-ceiling or in-wall speakers). The pre-wiring all runs to a utility closet in the back of the condo. I’ll be powering the in-ceiling speakers in the condo with Sonos Amps that’ll live in the utility closet. I’m also setting up my “HT” in the living room which will include a Marantz AVR wired to the LRC speakers, the LR surround speakers as well as the subwoofer.  I cannot run wires from the AVR to the in-ceiling speakers or back to the utility closet unfortunately.  It’d be great if I could run RCA cables out of the rear channel pre-outs on my Marantz AVR into a Sonos Port located

Hi everyone,I'd like some advice on how best to connect two Play 5 (gen1) as a stereo pair in our garden house.This garden house has an Access Point (connected to our router via WLAN in our main house) that allows WLAN connection and wifi connection.Do I need to connect both speakers via a WLAN cable or can one speaker function as a router for the other speaker? What should I then do with the wifi on each speaker? 

Sonos devices not accepting selected music choice. Plays random tracks instead. 

Hi.I have a pair of play 5 2nd gen speakers and I seem to notice one speaker sounds more vocal than the other.The other sounds duller less treble.Im on Amazon music with ultra hd.Done all the trueplay etc.Is it normal? Atmos or something.Thanks

Hi there,I hope that will be clear at all. I’ve have some delay issue using a turntable connected to a Phono port In to an old Pioneer amplifier.This amplifier has it’s own analogic port to a copule of passive speakers. And the music is flowing nicely.I’ve connected also a Sonos Port to the Out port of this amplifier, because I’d like to play my vinyl trough my house, since I’ve a couple of Sonos ONE and one Sonos Beam.The setup is working correctly, but I have some milliseconds of delay when I want to play across the all speakers at the same time, between my “analogic” room where I have the amplifier and the passive speakers, and the digital rooms.This problem doesn’t not exists if I’m playing Spotify or other 3rd party digital services. My configuration is working like this:Pioneer amplifier Phono In: Turnatable CD IN: CD player Tuner IN: Sonos Port OUT Adapt / Tape 2 OUT: Sonos Port In Sonos Port In → To Adapt / Tape 2 OUT Out → To Tuner In System configuration: Sonos Port Li

I’m looking for a consolidated tutorial, or instructions for setting up a network music library accessible by Sonos devices.  Something that will at least cover the basic requirements, system compatibility, etc.I know this is a wide open topic, and dependent on OS and hardware, but I find myself starting from scratch, searching through other’s mistakes and questions, trying to solve problems that should be basic knowledge.

Do I need to Uninstall the app then re install? 

I am using the Sonos app on my Ipad. When I try to access my Queue, it says “Not in Use”. I can’t seem to find a way to get access to the Queue, Any suggestions?

Hope someone can help - none of the other similar topics seemed to work for me.i have a play3 fully up to date and working fine through clunky S2 app. Purchased a oneSL for the next room, specifically so I could group them and play to both simultaneously via airplay. The One also works fine on its own via airplay.I can enable the “group non-airplay products” slider, but playback still only comes from the One. Note: in the Airplay selection menu on iOS, I don’t see any different group to choose for playback (should I?). It just says Dining Room, just like it does when the grouping option is disabled.i removed my 5ghz network so both are on the same 2.4 ssid. Both units are well within range of the router; extremely doubtful this is a network issue.And so I’m out of things to try at this point. Any suggestions would be welcome.thanks! 

Is there a way to create a playlist from your PC?I can do it from my android app ok on my phone but not on my PC which is weird
