Hello,I am having an issue playing Spotify through my Sonos app. I keep getting an error message saying "Unable to play (song) the connection to Spotify was lost." After spending some time searching for a solution online, it became apparent that this is a widespread problem with no definitive solution. Nevertheless, I am determined to find an answer.Additional information:• Diagnostic: 2024196285• Internet connection is stable.• Issue just occured today during playback. Sonos system was installed a few weeks ago, and everything was working fine until today.• Spotify app works fine by itself, and I can play Sonos Radio through the speakers. The issue only seems to be when I try to play Spotify through Sonos.• I have tried powering the Sonos amps off and on. No fix.• I have removed my Spotify account in the Sonos app, and then reconnected it. No fix.• I have tried clearing my queue in the Sonos app. No fix.• I checked for updates on both apps after the problem occured. No update for Spot

I have an Arc SL, two One SLs, and a sub. The arc finiahed the update and works fine. The other three units show as “updating" and has shown this status the past 5 hours. I've removed power from the speakers and re-applied it but it didnt work. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no dice. Any suggestions before I get rid of this junk?

I have a simple system, only the arc. Recently, I got the TP-Link ax3000 router and now cannot connect the arc to the network. I'm able to connect to the speaker on my phone, select the 2.4ghz network with Sonos recommended b/g/n mixed signal, but no matter what I do the Sonos is unable to connect to the network, with an error message that seems bugged "there was a problem connecting your Sonos arc to """Wondering what other steps I can take to reconnect the speaker 

Hello,I juste added two sonos one (1xOne and 1xOne SL) as surround speakers to my sonos beam (1st gen).I deactivated the mic on the beam. The One is near the kitchen so I usually use it as a timer or else.When I say Alexa… is ducks the volume on my beam, and so on the TV, which is really annoying for the one using them.Is there any way to prevent it ?

Changed from sky to ee broadband.  Followed procedure to reconnect playbase and got as far as entering the ee password but got :there was a problem connecting to “”tried doing it wireless and ethernet.  Ethernet worked but the sonos is in a different roomALSO - sonos sent me an email to change password but when I entered it I got “wrong email or password”Any ideas

Every year I bring my Sonos Play:3 speakers in off my home deck and winter them in my office by adding them to my “work” system. This year when I try to add a Play:3 to my “Work” system, the Sonos 1 app is making me upgrade to Sonos 2 app (see picture) .  There is no choice about it. The Sonos 1 app forces you to update to the Sonos 2 app. I tried updating to the Sonos 2 app on my iPad. It sees the old “Work” system but will not allow me add any new products to that system. I’m bummed because this is something I’ve done many times without issue previously on the Sonos 1 appI have read about updating in the chats and they say, Devices that are S1 Compatible only will only work on S1 (it’s in the label). Newly designed devices (currently Arc, Five, Sub gen 3) will only work on S2.My equipment (20+ sonos products) is older S1 and I want to continue to use the S1 app to add and subtract speakers from my different Sonos systems.  Is there a workaround?  Thanks.

I currently have an approximately 9 year old sonos bridge with sonos amps hardwired directly to my home speakers.  Can I replace my bridge with a boost without replacing my amps? 

Hi,I’ve tried Sonos voice new in France.Configuration is ok, basic commands work very well on all my Sonos  But when I try a command like « play Dire Straits in kitchen », all my Sonos answers something like this in french « sorry, Sonos can’t connect to your music service » Same thing for Apple Music, Sonos Radio, and Amazon Music.Any idea to resolve the problem ?

I gifted a One to my parents and my dad called to say he can’t successfully add Alexa to his new speaker that he added to his existing sonos system.  I thought “this guy can’t do anything on his own.”  So, I get him on facetime and remove voice assistant from one of my speakers so I can walk him through the process.  I open up my app, click settings, click system, click on Sonos Move (the speaker I chose as the demonstration piece), click Add a Voice Assistant, choose Amazon Alexa, choose Add Amazon Alexa, Choose add Amazon Alexa, click sign in to Amazon, choose get started, choose allow, get a blank screen with a done option in the top left hand corner, it takes me back to the sonos app/system/sonos move AND I am right back where I started.  No Amazon Alexa added.  I have done this 15 times with two different mobile devices and am getting the same outcome.  WTF????  My dad isn’t helpless.  Or, we both are.  Help me!!!!

Current equipment: LG tv ARC output to Sonos Arc. I would like to add a Sonos Port to control/provide input for my Onkyo (works with Sonos) receiver to play in the same room. I am having difficulty finding if this type of set up is possible? I would like to have both the Arc and the Port/Onkyo using the original audio output from the TV (via the arc hdmi) which is how I am currently listening/using the Arc now. 

I could use some help here. I have two Sonos fives connected in studio pair, and to Sonos one SL’s connected in studio pair in the same room. All connected wirelessly to my router, which has a 2.4 and 5.0 ghz connection (Cox Panoramic modem/router). In a close by room are all of the speakers, router in a different room. Here’s the problem, I can get all speakers to connect using the S2 app, however I cannot get my sub to connect to anything using Wi-Fi. I keep getting an error. Here’s the kick, if I plug my sub into my modem/router, I can pair it with my fives. But only when connect via Ethernet cable, not wirelessly in another room. Any suggestions? Do I need to alter my modem/router settings? Would purchasing a port fix my issue if then I could plug in my sub to the back of the port? i’ve tried pretty much, everything under the sun, in terms of resetting, reinstalling, restarting, etc..

I’m setting up Sonos in a new house starting with a Sonos ARC and 2 and 2 roams.  I’m using a SONOS ARC for the first time and in setting up the new network noticed 4 Sonos connections listed in WIFI.  The 2 Roams, The ARC and something called Sonos Home Audio System.  Everything seems to operate ok but  does anyone know what device the Home Audio System is?

I have a Sonos arc with Sub Gen 3 and two One SL’s for surround. I have my tv setup to pass through sound to sound bar via eArc. What settings should I choose for the PS5 sound?Device type - AV receiver 5.1 or Sound bar?Also for sound format - Linear PCM or Dolby or Dolby DTS. Note that I only use it for gaming so whichever settings are best for thatI get conflicting opinions online so I’m not sure which settings are best.

I just bought the Sonos Arc and connected it to 2 Sonos Ones. I can’t get any sound out of the Sonos Ones. They show up as connected in the Sonos app, but no volume.

Hi I have a beam gen2 and 2 one sl set up as surround,  They have been working fine for almost 6 months.One day the beam was gone from the app, so i tried adding it again.And now it shows up but when i try to add the 2 one SL as surround speakers it take some times and always fails, and says there is something wrong with my network, and when that happens the beam and sometimes the 2 one SL do disappears from the app. I have tried resetting the system and my router many times and I'm considering electrical waste soon :-OEverything else works fine in my other rooms  

I update the S2 app on my phone (and the software running on all my speakers) to 14.18 following an in-app prompt a few days ago.Since then my Connect has been gradually starting to lose time (lag) behind all the other speakers, getting continually further behind.  The echo caused by the lag becomes noticeable after a few hours, and after 24 hours I’d say it’s more than half a second behind.  The lag can be eliminated by rebooting the Connect, ungrouping it from my other speakers, or switching to a line-in source, but it soon returns and appears to get progressively worse.I’ve spent (wasted) a couple of hours talking to Sonos support through live chat and on the phone with no success.  As usual they have run through their standard set of responses, for example “there’s a lot of wireless interference”.  Well yes, I live in a thick-walled house, in a built-up area, of a densely populated country, not a log cabin made of balsa wood in the middle of nowhere.  Of course there’s a lot of int

I am looking to get an outdoor projector and be able to get the sound through a Sonos five. What is the best way to do this? I do know the fives are not waterproof. If anyone can also recommend a good brand/model of projector that works well. So many options. Thanks

I have moved house and lost the mounting bolts that go into rear of the play 1's, can somebody point me in right direction for a replacement. Thankyou

Apparently I created a thorny issue when I swapped out Arc SL (returned without resetting it) for Arc for my home theater surround system that includes Sub, Arc, and 2 One’s as left and right rear surrounds.  Each time I try to re-configure, Sonos app adds “room 2, 3, etc. and does not allow me add the One’s--it only presents 2 other One’s I have in other rooms.  Now, my entire config is messed up.Is there an easy resolution?  It seems every attempt I make only complicates matters!Help! 

Hello,I have multiple Sonos products throughout my house and outside.  Since my house and property is big it is tough to cover with one wifi router.  I currently have 3 wifi routers to get proper coverage across my house and property. My question is, can I get my sonos attach to different wifi routers and be able to access all of them and play musics on all sonos products even if they are on different wifi routers? Thanks look forward to your feedback.

Hello,Sorry I know this has been asked before, but I'm unable to find a solution to get mine stable again.I've had a beam and one surrounds for a few years now, have always worked faultlessly and connected to the TV when audio started playing. I have always used the optical to hdmi adaptor to connect to the beam, with wireless connection for the pair of ones.A few weeks ago, the TV started disconnecting from the TV. It would not connect when audio played. The only solution I found was unplugging the beam from the power and resetting the unit. Fine during the day, but every morning when the TV goes on, nothing, so I need to unplug the device and reset, this gets tedious!Yesterday the pair of one devices could not be found, so have to factory reset them and repair to the sound bar to create the surrounds.The frustrating part is this system has worked so well for a while, but now I have daily issues with connectivity or having to restart devices. It's worth noting that nothing in the home

hi there, new member of Sonos fam.   I have about 80+ gigs of music stored on iCloud.  is there a way to access this to be played in Sonos app?  can someone explain in detail how to make this happen if possible?  or workarounds if not possible? thank you so much!
