Connect-Amp to New Amp Replacement

I have 4 older Connect-Amps.  I would like to replace them with the new amp.  Can I replace them one at a time to minimize the expense?  Not sure if I have connect-amp and the new amp would cause a conflict in the SONOS system.

Hi  

Both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Connect Amps will work with the S1 App, please see Sonos S2 compatibility | Sonos

So you can upgrade one at a time and then move to the S2 App when you’re finished or run a split system, please see Set up separate S1 and S2 Sonos systems | Sonos
