Got the sonos arc and sun about a month ago. I’ve been thrilled but just noticed that the arc favors the right side a lot more than the left. Did and individual speaker test and the left speakers are having trouble playing treble and highs. Turned off true play and even reset and re paired the bar and still the same thing. Is this a setting issue or is it faulty product?

Unfortunately, it’s likely the unit has a fault - anything else wouldn’t survive the reset. I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team to organise a replacement.
