New speaker out of the box — works great when plugged into router with Ethernet cable, but immediately stops playing when cord is unplugged. How do I get it to connect wirelessly so we can put it in the desired room (where the cable can’t reach)?

I have radio stations on Amazon Music saved as SONOS Favorites and when I play some that have not been played for a while, I get the error “Requested operation failed. Please try again.”.  Is this a SONOS issue, or is it related to my Amazon Service.  Does SONOS limit the number of recently played stations for Amazon Services or is this a credential issue with Amazon?On the SONOS Favorite that is failing, I can do a search for the radiostation in Amazon and then it will play.  However, if I try to start it from the favorite link, I get the error message.

Returning these to Costco and buying another product but this time Bluetooth. Sprt NG

can you have different volume levels on ceiling speakers hooked up to the same sonos amp?

I just bought two Sonos One SL shadow edition speakers from Costco.  I want them to play the same music in two different rooms of the house.  I read online I could group them, but my Sonos App has the “Group” feature greyed out and says I need three or more rooms to group.  Is setting up a stereo pair a good option if the 2 speakers are on two different levels of the house? Is there a way to create a group for two speakers?

I have 2 Sono Move speakers.  One in the kitchen and one in my room.  In the last few days I have noticed that in the Airplay menu on my iPhone / iPad only one would show up and rarely both.  Both speakers however show up to be connected in the Sonos app.  I would have to shut the missing speaker down (long press the power button) and turn it back on to have it showing on Airplay.  I’ve not changed anything with my home internet network.  Anyone has the same problem?

Setup: Arc, 2 One SL, sub (gen 3), LG TV Oled65cx, PlayStation 5 I have my PS5 as my go to media source (as well as video games) and it's connected to my tv with an eArc hmdi cable. I then have the exact same cable running from the eArc port on my tv to the Arc. Whenever I watch something (like Dune on disc) I cannot get Dolby Atmos sound. Sonos app tells me I have Multichannel PCM 5.1.Dolby Atmos is enabled on Tv, Digital Sound Out is set to Pass Through, and eArc in enabled. On my PlayStation I have my audio output set to HDMI Device, HDMI type as Av Amplifier, 7.1 channels and Dolby set as a priority    

Sonos App worked without problem allowing me to access and play Apple Music.  Suddenly the Sonos app will not display the content of Apple Music on any of my devices.  I’ve gone into my Apple account and all is as it should be there.  Help

Hi   I Bought a Beam which was so problematic so Sonos gave me a new one 😃The new one is falling out when I'm using it as a speaker streaming radio.It is impossible to get it back in any other way than take out the power cord.Anything I can do?

I have a SONOS Move and there are two people in the house who use it.  We have individual Spotify accounts, and I want us to be able to log in separately.  Last week I was listening to spotify on my earbuds and she tried to listen on the SONOS and my playlist kept taking over the SONOS unit.  How can I avoid this? 

I’ve been using my old Sonos Play:1 with Apple Music for some time. I recently ‘downgraded’ the subscription to Apple Music Voice, because it’s £6/month cheaper and I didn’t need the extras provided with a full subscription. It may be a co-incidence, but since then, Sonos won’t recognise my Apple Music subscription. It keeps telling me that I need to renew my Apple Music subscription, which I don’t. I have tried signing out of Sonos and back in again, rebooting the speaker, signing out of Apple Music and back in again, disconnecting Apple Music from the Sonos app and reconnecting. Nothing seems to work. Suggestions?

Buyed my Roam the  01/07/2021, worked good except for the sound stuttering constantly when scrolling Youtube on my phone.Now the product is completly unusable, turns itself off after a few minutes for no reasons, sometimes lower the volume despite having no volume limitation in the settings (happens with both my phone and computer).I tried doing the reset, changing settings like the surround or autoconnection but nothing worked.App is up to date, account connected, there’s no voice assistant linked.I sent a report after the shut down and restart so you guys can check what’s going on inside : 978345758

Hi there,For some reason, Spotify won't play on my two Play 1 speakers after I've been using it with Sonos for some time. Playlists keep skipping songs and saying "unable to play song, connection lost". It usually starts playing after 3-5 skipped songs. The speakers are wired, and have been working for a long time. The speakers have been rebooted. Reconnected Spotify to the Sonos app. Router reboot.It seems that all other speakers (Arc, Sub, Play5 and one/sl) are working just fine.

Hi,My Xbox has a tendency to play at a much louder volume than my television when there is no headset attached.  Last night, the headset disconnected and the sound played through my Sonos Arc/Sub/One(s) instead - briefly - but it was pretty loud.  It was only a second or two but since I don’t typically blast the speakers, I’m mildly concerned that this could potentially damage the speakers.  Of note, they are working properly and there’s no evidence anything actually happened.  I really would like to know how the speakers are designed and if that 2-3 second volume blast could do anything troublesome. The actual volume was probably 30% max (30) but it was loud.   Can someone enlighten me? Like, how would I know if one of the eleven internal Arc speakers wasn’t working?  Thanks!

I have just received a Sonos roam for Christmas I have connected it to my wifi and it plays music from the various radio options I want to play music from my IpadI put it in discoverable mode and the I pad found it using Bluetooth in settings and shows that it is connectedI go to Spotify on my IPad and select a tune but nothing happens the little up and down bars show that it is playingHowever I now see a small logo at the bottom of my screen that says AIRPLAYI select this and and I get a logo called airplay or blue toothI select this and a screen comes up showing the devices I can play from one is iPAD and the other under the heading of speakers and tvs is Sonos roamIf I click on IPad the music starts coming from the iPad speakerif I click on Sonos roam nothing is heard despite the little bars going up and down and the play line moving along and when it gets to the end the next song on the list is displayed but I never hear anything I have tried to turn up the speaker using the contro

When streaming music from YouTube it stops abruptly (5 to 10 seconds playback only). Other apps like Spotify work without any problems. 

My S1 SL speakers connect to my WI-FI and can be seen by the app for only one minute before disconnecting. I have an EERO router and the Sonos speakers are within close range and getting a full signal. I’ve had the speakers for about a year, but the sketchy reliability has really turned me off to this product. Anyone have an idea before this system goes back to Costco?

We have a surround system in the living room comprising a Playbar, 2x Play:5s and a Sub.  I realise that Line In is disabled on the Fives in this mode.  However, if I buy an additional Play:Five to hook up to a turntable via its own Line In, can I still add it as a separate Room, and therefore broadcast to other speakers throughout the house? And if so, would either generation Five work?I don’t really want to go to the expense of adding a Port or Amp, but any other/better suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance (Please be kind to a newbie :-)

Every morning my Sonos Beam audio does not turn on.  The devices are connected but the audio is not on.  

Old iMac, want to access Sonos on it? Any ideas how to access this legacy file? 

I bought the Sonance MAG06V3 thinking they’re compatible with sonos architectural but when i look to detect it with my sonos amp, it can’t find it. does anyone know if these are compatible?
