I recently moved house and set my Sonos Arc up under one account and inadvertently set the sub up under another. How do I get them both under the one account?Thanks

Dear Sir/MadamDue to a PowerPoint problem, the electrical supply to the house was shut off. As soon as the power is restored, all three rooms appear to be working in the Sonos App. I cannot get it to play anything until I try to play something. Tune In does not have any radio programs. My Tidal streaming account was used to listen to music. Once again, nothing. I need your help

Hello is it possible to connect 4 player 5 gen 1 together and in the same room?

Any way to get the ones rear speakers to play same content as beam gen2 whist watching normal TV stereo 2.0.  

I got Sonos Arc and I just bought an IKEA Symfonisk lamp. I want to purchase the IKEA Symfonisk frame and wonder if I Can pair the Lamp and the Frame to crest a stereo mode, or do I need the two to be the same product?

I’m getting really frustrated with my Echo no longer playing BBC sounds on the Sonos Five. I’ve tried everything from disabling BBC sounds skill on Alexa app as well as Sonos, removing the group, what the voice command is to play music on the Five.The strange thing is Spotify plays on the Five from echo.Does anyone know how to fix this? 

I have a stereo paired set of Play 5s that work beautifully with streaming content from the app. I recently purchased a turntable with preamp. I have two cables running out from the preamp to the two speakers (L and R). When I set up the turntable in the Sonos app. I ended up with a configuration that looks like the image below. Which means I can only select one speaker for playing audio.  Both are working, but only one at at a time.  I’m confident I screwed up the initial set up, But I can’t even figure out how to delete the turntable from the app to start over. Grateful for any help.  (Be gentle with me.) 

Since the beginning of the season, I’ve been able to stream Seattle Kraken games on my Sonos system by tuning into their local station (KJR). Starting last week, my access to these broadcasts has been denied. This problem occurs when I try to access the broadcast via Sonos radio or TuneIn. Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to whom I should contact regarding this problem?

Trying to pair my Move to a Bluetooth transmitter I grabbed off Amazon. The transmitter doesn't have a screen or OK button. Is there anyway to get the Move to pair without the confirmation handshake that the other device sees it? 

For months now there seems to be an increasing decline in the effectiveness of the Sonos One’s ability to listen and perform tasks.  I’ve had it for about 4 years and it has largely been fine and perhaps gets the most amount of use of all my Sonos devices as it’s in the kitchen, although somewhat more hard of hearing than pure Amazon Alexa devices, which is understandable as this is a Sonos device first and foremost and the mic array design is more recessed.  With that in mind it has been kept in an ideal position, away from a wall and other kitchen sources of noise.The decline in response though has manifested in stages.  last year it often was randomly not turning off any music or radio stations, even if initially activated by voice command to that device.  BBC Radio 4 or radio FIP for example would launch fine but it would either ignore the command to stop with a tone or deny it was even playing, despite the historical command language being adhered to.Now though it hears the comman

Hello,I think I know the answer to this but I’m just wanting to be very sure before making an expensive decision. I currently have a very 1990’s hifi system - CD player, amp, passive speakers. I love this but want to be able to play my large digital stored music library too. So I think I have settled on using a NAS drive with a Sonos Port, which I’ll then hardwire to my amplifier, but also have some Sonos speakers around the house too. This way, I can still run my CD player and TV into my amplifier (something which is more of a problem if using e.g. a Brennan B3 due to lack of line-out!).Anyway, with regards to a NAS drive - I just want to check if all I will need to pay for/add to my system is the NAS drive (enclosure plus HDD’s of course) and the Sonos equipment. Am I right in thinking the free Sonos app will access the NAS and provide the interface to browse through the music stored on it? Or will I also need to use e.g. Plex (either free or paid subscription). From what I’ve gather

I have an AMP, ARC, and one SUB. How to connect/configure them so that they can work together for my TV/Stream?

I can stream radio station KROQ (106.7 in Los Angeles) no problem in Sonos via TuneIn.  I am trying to set the station as the selected music for an alarm.  Is there a way to find the path to select this in the main part of the app or does anyone know what the path is to select it? When you go into the select music portion of the Alarm it gives you a ridiculous amount of drill down menus many of which have multiple alphabetical listings - ie they go A->Z A->Z a few times over.  Additionally there is no search option to just search for what you are looking for in what appears 100s of possible selections.  I know it is possible as I have one alarm already set to KROQ but I can’t remember how I found it.  Thanks!

Hi all,I have a SONOS surround system for my living room that works great and recently purchased a surround sound system for the basement (Beam Gen 2, two One SL’s and Sub Mini), but I’m not able to get Dolby Atmos working via my PS5 on my LG OLED55B6P.I know there’s some tricks to get Dolby Atmos working on the PS5 and I’ve followed those settings.This are the setting I’m using on the TV while having HDMI connected to the HDMI 2/Arc port to my Sonos Beam.Sound Out → Audio Out (Optical/HDMI Arc)All Settings → Sound → Sound Out → Audio Out (checked)In a sub bullet of the Audio Out I have Digital Sound Out set to Auto and SIMPLINK set to On.Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

I need to mount the Arc above TV due to fireplace, but in general will it still sound great on a room with 30' ceilings?  FP is on the left bottom. 

Hi all. I have my Beam (Gen 2) hardwired with 2 SonosSL as surround speakers (not hardwired). Until recently they were all connected via SonosNet showing WM:0. today SonosNet is greyed out and they are showing as copied below. Any ideas?  The only change recently made was static IP’s for all devices.  Secondary question, Should I disable my Wi-Fi network that I previously used?  Maybe that will “force” SonosNet?  Or does it not work like that?    

My golf simulator projector, an Epson 1080, has only a single prong audio out.  If the projector RCA out is converted to HDMI, will that converted output work in an ARC soundbar?  Is there another workaround to get audio to the soundbar?

Hi all,I managed to correctly configure the voice assistant (Google or Alexa) during my first configuration but since I downgraded the Beam to S1 it no longer works.  Alexa or Google hear what I say and answer that they start the music (on YouTube music or Amazon music) but nothing happens... I have configured everything correctly apparently, could you please help me?

Are Gen3 products compatible with Beam Gen 1? I have a Beam Gen 1 and I am looking at Sub Wireless Subwoofer (Gen 3) and some speakers. Not sure which ones yet.

I can stream to all of my Sonos speakers except for a stereo paired set of Play 1’s.    When I use the Spotify to send the steam to the faulty speakers, the app it shows the speakers.  The speaker icon blinks on the spotify app and nothing happens at the speaker.  If I stream to another speaker, I can then join Spotify to the faulty pair and it plays.  Specifically, the problem is that I cannot stream Spotify to the play 1’s alone. I am thinking my next step is a factory reset of the faulty speakers. I have a whole house Linksys Velop Mesh network.  All my speakers are wired into that network with a wired MESH backbone.  The problem started in the last few weeks.  The same problem occurs regardless of the Spotify account I use.  I have a Spotify family plan.  I am on the latest Sonos 2 app and firmware. Thanks for the help. 

Hello Brain Trust,I physically replaced the Roam I had in my kitchen with a One and in the app I switched the room for the Roam from “Kitchen” to “Sonos Roam”.My issue is every day or two my Roam reverts back to the old room “Kitchen”.I tried removing the device, re-adding it to my system, and I even factory reset the device with no luck.Has anyone else had this issue or can someone provide guidance on how I can prevent my Roam from reverting back to it’s old room name?Thanks,AJ

Hi. I have not encountered this problem before.Amazon music works but there is no sound coming from the TV.Fortunately I don't have many problems with my Arc soundbar but when I do I usually get no sound at all not some sound depending on what source is selected! Any idea why this is happening? Before anyone says, no the mute isn't on 😋 Cheers 🍻 

I received my Sonos Amp and I plugged my turntable and a TCL TV (via HDMI ARC). I have no problem listening to music but not with TV. I syncronized TV in the app and it seems everything was ok, but It doesn´t sound. Anybody has had teh same problem?

I have 3 Sonos products - Play 1, Move and Arc.  My wifi speed is 300+mbps, with Linksys mesh system.When I launch the Sonos app on my iPhone it’s a lottery as to whether I get the “Unable to connect ...” or if I’m lucky, any permutation of one, two or all three of the above units.  I then waste time rebooting my router and switching off and on the respective units with varying degrees of success until eventually it works.I’ve spent hours reading many topics here on this subject and like many other users I’m increasingly frustrated by having paid a small fortune for these units, (which are great when they work properly) the connectivity is very unreliable.  My wifi doesn’t have any problem in connecting with any of the several other wireless devices in my house so to my albeit technically simple mind this must be a Sonos problem.  Is there any proven solution and if not, why not since it’s been an issue for several years?
