I set up home theater in Bedroom with a Beam 2 and Play 1’s for surrounds. It worked fine and I used Trueplay with no problem.I recently bought a mini sub auto add to the mix. When I tried to use the Trueplay with the mini sub added I would get an error message saying it cannot locate a speaker and to try again. It couldn’t identify which speaker but I assumed it was the mini sub since that was the last added speaker before problem.I’ve been on the phone three times today for over three hours with Sonos and they basically keep telling me the same thing over and over… Which is basically unplug, reset, try again etc. They also had me call Verizon to force a change to less crowded channel. I was on the phone with Verizon FiOS for an hour but changing of channel had no effect. Trueplay still same error message. I personally think there is something wrong with the mini sub as I can’t even tell if any base is coming out of it no matter what I play. Any suggestions appreciated but Sonos techn

Hi,I have a new setup with a Beam Gen 2 + Sub Mini + 2 Ones. I've made trueplay calibration but I have a doubt with some settings. I feel that the Beam calibration is very flat, for example when you watch a TV program like news, sports, etc. Sounds very flat and tiny. So I'm thinking of increasing the bass but no the subwoofer bass, because on the films is very good. Which is the difference between the equalizer bass slider and the Sub level slider? I've tried to increase the eq bass level (to increase the mediums) and affects also to the Sub Mini sound increasing the bass. Those settings affects to different frequencies? Thanks!

I get a low bass hum sound from my new project turntable connected to my Sonos amp. Any ideas on how to eliminate that?Thanks. 

Okay, it is now January 2023, and evidently you  still cannot play music from your Sonos indexed music library using Alexa.  I’ve wasted my time looking at numerous articles that seem to indicate you can play your music files in Sonos using Alexa, but there is always an issue. I have the Amazon music service setup in Sonos.  I have the Sonos skill linked and ready in the Alexa app.  Yet I still can’t play my own music in Sonos.   I just followed one article to setup Alexa with Sonos and at the end the commands below were listed, nothing to do with playing your own music.  Here are the commands in the Sonos app on my Android phone.  “Alexa, play music for meditation in the bedroom”“Alexa, play top hits from the 70’s in the kitchen”“Alexa, turn up the volume in the bathroom" Unbelievable!  So I’m guessing that the answer to my question is “NO”, you cannot play music from your Sonos music library using Alexa.

I’d like to temporarily unplug the cord from the Sonos One Gen 2. Because that end of the cord is narrower, I’d like to use that end to feed though a cord hider. But when I set it up, I think it must have snapped into place. Am I able to un-snap that connection without harming the speaker? I’ll add this: it does not come easily unplugged by wiggling and gently pulling.  

Hi AllI have a Sony PS-HX500 turntable with built in pre amp. I currently have it running through an old amp and speakers which works well but I would  prefer to be able to stream to the Sonos speakers I have in rooms around the house (a mixture of Beam, One, One SL, and Move) so I could listen to it anywhere. I’ve read so many articles but am still confused as to what would work and what would be best. The Port looks to fit the bill, but some reviews don’t seem great as regards sound quality. The Amp looks to fit the bill, and looks to have better reviews, but is obviously quite a bit more expensive. Both seem to offer functionality I don’t think I need.  For what I want would either of these be better than the other, or is there a different solution in the Sonos range? I’d be interested to hear views from people who have either, or have found a different solution. TIA

I sold my house and the buyer took some of the sonos gear. I dont have access to the system anymore and want to delete them from my account and music services. How do I do this?

I apologize if this has been asked, I could not find anything.I have a Samsung Q80B television.  My son bought us a SONOS Beam and 2 SONOS One speakers.  The intent was to use the SONOS Ones as 2 personal speakers to allow my wife and I to adjust the One volume to aid in hearing some things we have trouble picking up with just TV speaker or soundbar.From what I have read, this is not really the intent.  We tried having them as surround, but that did not work.  We tried them as a group, that did not work.  We now have them grouped with the Beam, which seems to work, but we encounter the lip synch issue I have read about.  I have 2 other issues that are more annoying.  First, the audio tends to “skip”.  More specifically, the audio will be playing and then just go blank for a split second, just long enough to be noticeable. Second, the One speaker disconnects from the group.  The beam will still be connected to the TV, but the Ones will not.  The light on the top is white, and if I press

Hi all,1 was wondering if someone could offer me some advice.I've recently purchased a ray for my gaming room, and I'm seeing some noticeable audio lag. I am about to fit 2Sonos Ones as rear surrounds and would like to get all my settings correct first.PS5 is connected to TV via 8k HDMI Cable, tv ray is connected to TV Optical Output.TV is a Samsung UE55RU7470UXXU.I've played around with the TV audio delay setting which effects HDMI-ARC, which I know the ray doesn't use, and SPDIF. Hello,I was wondering is it possible to use Google Assistant through SONOS in Poland? I’m preety sure it was available, before SONOS introduces its own assistant. The main issue is - can I use SONOS to control Google Home devices in Poland? If not, and the problem lies that the Google Assistant feature in SONOS is not available in Poland, can someone answers if SONOS is working on it ? Or when can it be introduced? I belive SONOS looses a lot becouse of this issue... I don't care about service in Polish, but it would be nice to have any Google Home service, since the product is adapted to it in other countries? Are there any other devices that I can add to my home system that will allow me to use Google Home/Assistant and SONOS without problems? 

Before Christmas I had telephone discussions about why having the above S2 and Mac OS combination  the former says it finds Sonos on my network but on clicking ‘lets connect’ eventually says Not Connected - Your Sonos Product was not found. I was told a solution is being worked on.Can anyone tell me when this issue is expected to be sorted (by Sonos or Apple)?Given my investment in Sonos and Apple products this is frustrating and I had expected a fix by now.Fortunately, my Sonos system remains usable via my mobile AppHelp!

Everything was working fine, until I had to switch off the electrical supply to the house to solve a power point issue. Power goes back on, my Sonos App shows my system in all three rooms is working. Until, that is, I try to get it to play anything. I find Tune In for a radio programme, and nothing. I tried music from my Tidal streaming account. Again, nothing. Help please! 

Every night at around 3 / 4 AM my play 1 omits a low pitch ‘ping’ around a dozen or so times. They happen every 20 seconds or so. At first I thought it was my Alexa so unplugged it to find out it must be the Play 1 in our kitchen.  It is a mid / low pitch ping that lasts a split second and repeats around a dozen times. Wakes me up every night, any help appreciated. 

Hi! What happened to the Sonos Radio collections? Just a week or two ago they were still found there. Now I can only find and listen to the Sonos stations saved in my own Sonos. You can still find those collections and listen to the Sonos stations on the Sonos website: https://radio.sonos.com/collections but I do not know how to find them again from iPhone app. Please help!  

Hi! My vinyl setup seemed to have stopped working somewhat overnight. I have my turntable connected via pre-amp to a Sonos Port, which I use to send music to my two rooms, living room and kitchen. My living room consists of an Arc, Sub Mini and Two One SL’s as surround, while my kitchen is equipped with two One SL’s in a stereo configuration. When I first purchased the Port, a few months ago, I could send music from my records to both living room and kitchen, but recently I’ve been unable to send to my living room while everything works as normally in the kitchen. When sending to both rooms, the app indicates audio being played both places, while only being audible in kitchen. When only sending to living room I sporadically get the error message “Unable to play the line-in source”, sometimes the app reverts to the last music played successfully, but never plays from the Port. After removing the One SL’s as surround, I could also send music to these individually, but never the Arc. Ever

Just got a Roam yesterday and can’t connect to my wifi to set it up. On the S2 app. All other speakers work on the app. Modem is a hitron CGNVM-3582, pass phrase uses all numerals. Any advise out there. Have tried the factory reset but that didn’t help. Would prefer not to cycle modem and don’t see why that would be the problem.

Hello,Samsung TV and Arc are not connecting.  My previous TV was a Vizio.  As well as the Vizio, the connection issue occurred.  The audio would come back as soon as I unplugged the HDMI and/or Arc.  The Samsung does not have that problem.There is no longer an option for Home receiver Audio output on the TV.Additionally, I use a Nvidia Shield to view my content.Is this a problem with the cable, TV, or Arc?The HDMI has been replaced, but the problem persists.

Hi all. So far I think this is isolated to Atmos content however randomly while watching Prime Video or Disney content outputting Atmos (through fire stick 4K) I will lose signal (Beam gen 2 and two one sl’s as surround). When it happens I lose sound, the screen flashes and my tv’s LG logo appears for a second before going back to Disney or prime (whatever I’m watching).   I can push play and everything works again, but almost seems like something with the HDMI arc input is being “lost” for a split second.  Or maybe it’s the signal loss for a split second?  I’ve changed HDMI cords and powered down both the tv and Beam to try and reset but no luck. Randomly happens, sometimes 5 minutes in and other times maybe 15 in. Any ideas?fyi I recently changed to using SonosNet (beam hardwired Ethernet) as opposed to all wireless is this possibly an issue that anyone knows about?Setup as follows:Moderator edit: Removed picture with serial numbers

So, have a TCL Model#55S546 and I am streaming via a 4k Fire Stick. This is hooked up via an EARC to a Beam(Gen 1). There is a lip sync issue that is extremely noticeable. Any advice? On the sound setting on the TV, it's set to AUTO. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
