Hello,I have a Port connected to my Denon Receiver.  I am looking to get a Sony Wireless Headphone and I will get a Bluetooh Transmitter to plug into the port as well.  A Coaxial plug is for the Denon and the transmitter will be Optical connection.  Will I have any issues with this setup?  I am tired of waiting for the Sonos headphones.Thanks Tim

My Beam Gen 2 cannot seem to process more than one command without staying quiet for a while…If I ask it to turn on the tv it does then ask it to turn on the lights it does but it will not accept an immediate third command and stays quiet for some time….then the sound comes back to normal and the beam is ready to accept a new command. Anyone else have this issue

Hello everyone. Having trouble with one of my OneSL. Two days ago I noticed then when I tried to use it there was no sound coming through one of the fpur SL I have connected. In the app the volume was at 15 and if I raised the volume it automatically turned down to 15 again.  I did a reset and the speaker will not play a chime so I cannot connect it. Does anybody have similar problems and/or might know what the problem is?

I have a Arc with sub and 2 ones in one room and a pair of fives with sub in another room. In the room where the fives are I would like to adjust the crossover frequencies, but seems like this isn’t possible. Why? This is the first system I have owned with a sub where it isn’t possible to adjust the crossover.

I want to use my old Sonos 5 in my shed and play music through my old iPod via an 3.5mm aux cable. But it’s not working 

Been using Sonos radio “Rock Road Trip” for a couple years now. Today I got a login notification. I logged in and still got this message… “Unable to play ‘Sonos Radio’ - access is denied”.I am able to play other music I have on my phone… frustrating. 

Hi I’ve been using Sonos + Spotify for 4 years and suddenly Spotify and AirPlay can’t see the Sonos speakers sonos app works fine and uses spotify just not the other way around. I’ve tried:update network in Sonos appRemoved and re linked Spotify soundcloud can’t see it as well so I suspect it’s airplay issue with Sonos.  iPhone can see my google nest and Samsung tv 

Amp is on a table nothing near it. I have it hooked up to KEF q350 bookshelf’s and a klipsch sub. I have tried every combo of running with limited connections and finally with nothing hooked up or banana plugs in and after 20 min or so it starts cutting volume then cuts out and lights flash. I also tried plugging the amp into another outlet without anything hooked up and got the same result. 

I have recently been used 3 x One SL speakers via my s2 app. At the same time, I have never unplugged my original Play 1 (a combination of nostalgia and a really difficult to reach plug). I have always tried to “add” my play 1 as a device but with no joy and I had pretty much given up on this being an option (just not unplugging it ..) I randomly turned to my Sonos App this evening for some music and the system seemed to not just have forgotten my ONE SL speakers but started belting out a bit of The Struts (if you want a modern day Freddie anyone…) - out of my old speaker!  I knew the risk .. but I tried to force restart the app and pair my ONE SL speakers - they are now up and running but the system again cannot find my Play 1 (I should stress this is plugged via cat5 directly to the router) .. but I know the system now for the liar that it is .. so my question is.. can I connect all of these at once? I have a bridge hanging around somewhere if that will work?  

Has anyone noticed that when you choose 'All Artist Tracks' from Amazon Music it only shows the first Album in the library, rather than all of them?

Has anyone else experienced that upgrade credits disappear from their SONOS profile?Background is that I activated a 30% trade-up credit on an old Sonos Play 5 some years ago. I didn’t use the credit back then, but for a long time, I could see on my SONOS profile and I also received regular mails from SONOS where the credit was mentioned.Now I am ready to use the credit but realize that it has disappeared from my profile. I know this is really more of a question for SONOS support than a community question. But I’m unable to find any contact details for SONOS support, so I’m hoping that someone will notice it here. According to the SONOS upgrade page, credits never expire: https://www.sonos.com/en-gb/upgradeIn spite of this, mine has somehow disappeared :/Hope that someone can help

Hii have a Sonos amp connected to a pro-ject turntable with B&W speakers and cannot stop speakers buzzing. Pre amp is connected to turntable as is grounding wire. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello! My outdoor space has an amp and 4 Sonos architectural/outdoor speakers installed.  I really need just one more speaker, but 6 would be too much (from a visual/ symmetry perspective)  I know an amp can drive 6 architectural / Sonos speakers, but what happens if I only plug in 5? Does that create an imbalance issue with the ohm load? Thanks!

I am an older recalcitrant user with a system locked at V7.4.  I was under the understanding that with Tech Support’s help it could be upgraded to the current firmware version. (Too long a story to explain why I would want to do this)  After talking to them and submitting a diagnostic, I was told that the system was too old (just like me).  If as stated by SONOS, the hardware will work with the latest S1 firmware/app, why can’t the firmware on any functioning unit be upgraded to be compatible?  Thanks for any insight.Diagnostic 1449929490 

I have a Sony XBR-75X750E that was hooked up to a Marantz Receiver and pre amp with high quality  hdmi (9.1. System). I now downgraded essentially to the arc sub and rears setup  but don’t have any Atmos sound or it doesn’t show in the app when before I was doing so with the bigger setup. Anyone know know why? I have the inputs to enhanced, arc is in “arc” etc

I use the Sonos app to stream Spotify to my One SL and when I search for artists and select the “Top Tracks” it always includes Willie Nelson’s “Roll me up and smoke me when I die”. I don’t have this issue on Spotify app itself. I have this issue with every artist I’ve searched for. How do I delete this song from the Top Tracks playlist?

Hey there,As a result of a PowerPoint issue, the electrical supply to the house was shut off. As soon as the power is restored, all three rooms appear to be working. It won't play anything until I play something. Tune In does not have any radio programs. My Tidal streaming account was used to listen to music. Once again, nothing. I need your help! 

I've just added a sub 3 to my arc and rear speakers . Do I use the sub to adjust the base or the EQ or both 

I have an ArcSub2Ones HT setup and a separate Five, combined in an Alexa group.When the group is playing and I ask Alexa in the Arc to increase the volume, it doesn’t apply it to the Five. How can I fix that?

Have 2 Sonos Move speakers. Can they function with a home theater bar (Arc or Beam) and be an extension for home theatre functionality? Thanks. 

Hello,I need some help please to troubleshoot why I am only getting “Stereo 2.0” sound on my Sonos Amp, please.Physically I have an old Panasonic TX-P50S30B plasma connected to the Sonos Amp over HDMI (via ARC). Connected to the Amp are two floorstanding speakers. Source material is fed in via Plex using a Google Chromecast Gen 3 again via HDMI into the Panasonic TV. This works well but I only get “Stereo 2.0” sound reported in the Sonos app, even when I try to play AC3 5.1 material from Plex.So obviously _something_ in my supply chain is down mixing to stereo but I am not sure what.I’ve tried connecting older Sonos Play 1’s as surrounds to the Amp. These work but again “Stereo 2.0” only despite the actual 4.0 configuration. The Chromecast and my TV are set to “Auto” for audio. My TV definitely passes 5.1 audio via optical as I have used that before with an older amp, prior to the Sonos Amp. Thinking that perhaps my TV is only passing stereo via HDMI, I connected a Sonos Optical adapto

I was told I could (using my Android phone) access a USB Music Drive on my Netgear 16Port PoE Sw by connecting an RJ45-to-USB adapter.   Did that.  Can’t figure out how to see/access it from my phone.  All the tips point to using Win10 as the interface.  I need to do it from my phone.  Thanks, Rookie WiFi’er here.   

.: Hello. I am a Sonos newbie, this is my first post, and I am not very tech-savvy when it comes to sound systems. Recently, a friend guided me through the purchase of an LG 65” 4K tv and a Sonos Arc sound bar. I would like to add a turntable with pre-amp and a DVD/CD player to my sound system, but as best I can tell, one cannot do this with the Arc. I’ve perused the Sonos site to try to get a better understanding of what component(s) I would need to add, and the more I search, the more confused I find myself.Ultimately what I would like to do is have the outputs from my turntable (old, not wifi-enabled) and my DVD player (wifi-enabled) play through the Arc (if that’s even possible), and/or through wireless speakers, like the One SL. I gathered from my searching that I would also need the Amp. From what I can see looking at the back of the Amp, only one device requiring RCA cables can be attached to it. If this is the case, would I need two Amps, one for the turntable and one for the D

Hi out there!I have a Sonos Arc that has worked wonderfully for more than a year now. But tonight, when I watched the TV, suddenly the damn thing lowered the volume to zero without me having done anything at all! When trying to raise the volume again, the Arc fell down to zero again. It turned out to be a battle between me and the Arc! I raised volume and the Arc lowered it.Anyone who has ever encountered this phenomena?
